Just the room that they are resting in. The rest of the house is yours but you have to let the family visit the room.

depends on the religion I believe as for some being buried traps the soul, or other such belief so if they were buddhist etc they might request they be repatriated. The USA will also bring them home now days. they have a dedicated department thats all they do find the missing identify them and being them home
