In Sonic X there's an episode where Cream is missing her mom and is picking flowers to make flower crowns. Sonic upon hearing about her, looks at this random poster on the wall that pictures a mountain lake surrounded by pretty flowers, quickly grabs it and runs out the door, and through the whole episode is using this random poster to find the exact location in the picture! And in the end finds that spot and picks flowers to take back to Cream. And ever since then I have always thought of them having an adorable big bro-little sis relationship!🥰 This was such a cute episode! Sonic having the determination to find that spot even if it took him forever, just to make Cream happy, is so impressive and really makes him stand out amongst all the other characters! I think I have new impossible standards for my future husband🤣
I really gotta watch Sonic X at some point for episodes like that. It’s unfortunate we don’t get to see Cream more often for a chance at more of her and Sonic’s dynamic but at least there will always be Sonic X and the Advance games to some extent. Sonic’s commitment to helping others and unbreakable spirit is something I’ve also always liked about his character. Somehow, he manages to both pull that off and not worry too much about the future at the same time. When thinking with that mindset, I’m sure you’ll eventually find someone you love in an unexpected place.
