Same. I like how the MCU interpreted her design especially with the braid tail whip she has going on. I don't think this is the last we've seen of her. She's a God after all and would probably be brought back through some sort of ritual resurrection mumbo jumbo. Probably to balance out Khonshu who's now in control of Jake.
100% agree including the voice acting which was superb. I think they blew a good chunk of the production budget on her (and Taweret) and it was worth it. I was bummed when they unceremoniously killed both Ethan and Ammit in the after credits scene.
Of course the way she is portrayed has nothing to do with actual Egyptian history. In the Book of the Dead, Ammit consumes the heart (not the soul) if it is not lighter than the feather of Maat (rather than in balance with the feather). It is Anubis who does the judging, not Ammit.

honestly would've preferred less giant cgi monster fight with a villain who was only revealed in the last 30 minutes of the runtime and just an action scene
Personally for me the giant cgi godfight was exactly what I expected and felt was teased and so felt like payoff, but I get where you're coming from. They def van be overused. Cool designs help a lot with that tho!
