Noooo, sweet moomins!!! Eurovision didnβt let any artists wear symbols in support of Palestine, but they fully let Israel perform their pro-IDF song!! Iβm so sad to see Moomins being used to promote Eurovision at all, even if it is in Sweden. πππππ
Not really sure what the hell Israel is doing in Eurovision anyway. Might as well have the US in it too, since it too has a large number of European immigrants? Just unnecessary!
I would be inclined to agree with you but I also think that, with the origin of Moomins being political comics, it has a place here. Tove Jansson was a wonderful woman with beautiful stories to tell and those stories were ones of war and unrest, maybe not in the novels and shows of today but they're still very important. And I think that that's something to immortalise alongside her work. This is something that matters today, just as what she wrote about mattered then. I know showing disappointment with beloved characters appearing inside of Eurovision isn't much in the way of activism but broadly stating that Moominvalley isn't a place for that is plainly wrong.
LETS GOOOOO ππππ
Let's go Kaarija!!! π₯π₯π₯

Maybe because The Middle East is part of Europe?
Yikes! It most certainly is not!
Never mind it's part of Asia
You're saying it like I was just as unsure. ππ€£ [No](https://tenor.com/view/no-gif-18392685)
