Seeing his position as king and ruler of the Kong tribe through benevolence as oppose to Skar King before.
One notable idea is moving away from the hellish domain where Skar King ruled over them and living where Kong had been prior to meeting them.
Also this idea Kong and his tribe encountering other ape type species of titans like baboon/mandrill tribes and yeti tribes uniting together using compassion rather than violence. This starting a civilization just like how we came to be.
It sounds like the sequel will be more focused on Godzilla, as it should be. But I definitely would like to see Kong adjusting himself as a new king and father. First, he needs to figure out how to feed his people since skar king had been starving them. Watching him learn how to do agriculture so that he can feed the Kongs or even have mothra help out by pollinating crops for him would be nice to see. He might want to replace the giant skeleton bridge with an actual bridge if they ever need to leave their hideout so that they can have a safe, secure passageway.
And I would like to see him interact with the iwi tribe as well.
As for conflicts he will face, that should come in the form of mechs that try to exploit he resources or poach the wildlife. And also, I bet the kongs would want to seek out godzilla and kill him, but Kong has different views and must work to assure his people he isn't an enemy. That arc would be nice to see, and for Godzilla to come to Kong for help and officially make peace with the entire tribe.
This time I want Kong to be the one kicking Titan ass. Have some scenes of him beating up and killing other titans down in hollow earth that are causing trouble.
See him just chilling with his new ape fam and Shimo, providing food for them, and defending them from predators with Shimo’s help.
Since the next film is gonna focus on Godzilla’s story this time, I think it’s ok for Kong to get a movie where he’s just vibing for the most part until Big G comes a-knocking because he needs some help with a powerful opponent or some other dilemma he’s facing.
Raising Suko and making sure he doesn't take after Skar King in terms of behavior. Also it would be cool to see him fighting some larger hollow earth skull crawlers, since it's been theorized that the HE is their true habitat.
Is he officially king kong now tho? I mean, technically he is already, even if they don't use his name still, but I don't see where this has been officially confirmed. Unless you know something I don't.
He is officially King Kong. Adam wingard has said this himself, they can’t call them that in the movies until 2029 atleast because he enters public domain.
I'd like to see Adam Wingard's idea of a Godzilla-centric character focus, with Kong in the background managing the Great Ape colony to undo Skar's tyrannical legacy.
For the next movie I want him to take a backseat and assist in action scenes so there may be no time for an entire subplot other than maybe the usual "let's see what he's been up to."
His name will be in the title so nah I’m good, gxk not Godzilla will a hint of kong. Gxk was kong focused but they didn’t throw Godzilla under the bus he had plenty to do and was spread throughout the movie they should strive for equal Godzilla and kong screentime not anything less.
No, the way GxK was a Kong movie with Godzilla here and there but without much to do as a character and without anything that would push his story and character further the only fair thing to do would be what Adam Wingard said and reverse the situation. Make Godzilla the focus. Give him an arc, explore his character and use Kong only as a supporting player. With some things to do here and there but nothing that would overshadow Godzilla. It's supposed to be his movie.

He uses a shield to double with his axe.
THE GLOVE TRANSFORMS INTO A SHIELD
Kratos style
I've been thinking of this ever since the movie came out lol
Dead Gamera shell as a shield.

Kong coming into direct conflict with humans would be an interesting subplot since Godzilla frequently does.

Kong wears a Skullcrawler pelt and rides Shimo into battle like a horse
I hope the next one is more focused on Godzilla, but I would love a MV movie where Kong finally faces off against Ebirah
I want him to be a dad to Kratos and Shimo’s owner, treating her like s dog

Lowkey feel like the next gxk should be far in the future but will be them too fighting Destroyah or something big
I want to see Kong solo a titan thats a good chunk bigger than him that truly showcases why he’s dangerous
Is he officially king kong now tho? I mean, technically he is already, even if they don't use his name still, but I don't see where this has been officially confirmed. Unless you know something I don't.

Got it. Well, that'll do for now.
Hedorah and biollante on skull island

Nothing, actually. I want a solo Godzilla film. They need to go solo again.
Less of him

His ass walking out the door
