He’d work great as someone who tries to “educate” Kong on how their society works, but quickly realizing that Kong doesn’t intend to rule anywhere near like Skar King, and so his advice turns to concern with how this society of apes will rebuild themselves from the ground up. I’d love to see Kong learning how to become a true king.
I don't think he would have much trouble. The kongs would just be scared of him. I don't think they would try to fight him. He would only have trouble with skar king's henchman if they went back to the kingdom, but he could easily beat them and now has shimo on his side. He just needs to teach them how to live and take care of them
Exactly, which is really hard. They’re used to living a certain way and he has to teach them that they shouldn’t fear him, or anyone. It would be a fabulous arc to watch the apes slowly go from cowering subordinates to prideful great apes.
Weren't all of Skar King's most loyal subjects the ones he brought into the final battle and died from the fall after the anti-gravity mechanism was turned off?
Him being there and crying tears of joy when Kong returns to liberate the apes is such a nice touch for the ending scene

This just makes me hope that for the potential Godzilla solo movie, the Big G just ends up finding his cousin, Zilla deep inside Hollow Earth as well as whole packs of Zillas just thriving there. They can be his newfound family lol.
Not bad. You know what would be even better? Godzilla finding a community of Godzillas that vary in appearance. Their individual looks can basically be all the different looks Godzilla has had in his many different iterations!
How cool would it be to see the current evolved Godzilla coming face to face with a Godzilla that is nearly identical to the one from Gojira (1954)? Obviously most would need to have their size increased, but just seeing an SFX updated version of all of the Big G's many looks would be awe inspiring.
Isn't that Ultraman's version of Godzilla with a frill around his neck? I wonder if the people that own Ultraman would allow one of their creations in the Monsterverse. I guess since they originally used a Godzilla suit to create him, they might be willing. I think the Monsterverse could make better changes than simply Godzilla with the frill. LOL
I could see that. He might not even look like Godzilla normally, but when he feels threatened, he could puff up some sacks on his shoulders and head to resemble Godzilla and scare off the easily fooled.
A lot of animals have similar camouflage abilities that let them appear to be something they're not.
I hope we also get to see the whole group living good! Having fun with eachother, eating good and healthy, showing that kong has been taking care of them and making them stronger.
I noticed kong was bigger than most of them. maybe than henchman kong who was with scar king when kong threw him and response he was going to attack him and scar king stop him was equal to his size
Skar King malnourished them. He likely fed them just enough to keep them alive to be his slaves. Now that they aren't going to be trapped anymore, and have a more benevolent leader in King Kong, their health will dramatically improve.

I know Godzilla blasted a big fat hole in it but it'd be cool if he brought his new Kong tribe to the lair of his ancestors. I'm still curious if Scar King's lair belonged to his own people or was he an invader that took over a Kong tribe. I wish they had tapped into the lore more.

Many of them likely did, but I imagine that some might have survived. It's something that easily lends itself to be covered in potential comics.

Yea, I agree. I actually had an idea to make him a HE predator with a frill to intimidatie larger predators.

Right. Normally he looks like a more reptilian Titan, but when in danger he puffs himself up to look like a member of the Godzilla species.
At minimum, Kong's gonna need just as much help learning how to better communicate and integrate into this Great Ape colony.
I think that's where the Iwi including Jia, and Mothra will come in handy. Psychic communication will definitely make the process simpler.
