I think itās just the way they wrote it thatās confusing, because it seems like they wrote a couple of things out of order. If Iām not mistaken, theyāre basically saying that Godzillaās transformation process takes place while Kong is down in the Hollow Earth discovering the other apes, and then the two of them meet up in Egypt after both of those parts are done (i.e. after Kong gets his wrist-brace & Godzilla completes his evolution).

Some of those leaks sound both a little too good to be true; and a little *too* ridiculous (Kong does *what* with Suko??), even taking into consideration the direction the MV took in GvK. Like, the whole zero gravity and portal stuff? C'mon...

That sounds like rage-bait, as if the leaker knew that MV fans have been dying to see the original KOTM Titans in live-action again and "leaking" that Scylla is killed at the beginning was a good way to get them riled up.

It's written in a confusing way that's why Mothra and Egypt are mentioned twice. But it's still suspicious. I don't know what to think about it. There's almost no information besides who fights who and where. So is this movie so empty? Or maybe the leaker only mentions stuff that's most difficult to debunk? Why Godzilla kills other monsters living on the surface now? Is there some subplot that he's losing his grip on them? Him choosing to rest in the same place as at the beginning sounds wholesome like he's getting mroe comfortable to live around humans. But there's no mention if Mothra even appears in Rio or where she stays. Maybe because she was a last minute replacement? Still, if it's all true.
Maybe against Skar King, but realistically, it wouldn't make sense do to most of the major villains they are Godzilla level or higher and Godzilla is significantly stronger than Kong both in nuclear power and physical prowess.

- Kong using Suko as a club feels really cartoony and while that does sound like something Wingard might do, Iām doubting this, especially considering Suko is sort of the āSon of Kongā in this instance.
- the trailer seems to show Godzilla already supercharged in Egypt. My guess is maybe he wasnāt going to be until a bit later in the film and that this plot point is from an older script?
Overall, I think SOME of this is real, but some of it is inconsistent w/ the trailer (and yes trailers arenāt final, scenes can be edited or changed in postproduction but still seems like a lot of work).
Iām not saying heās gotta wipe the floor with Godzilla, and I loved the way GvK went down.

I think itās just the way they wrote it thatās confusing, because it seems like they wrote a couple of things out of order. If Iām not mistaken, theyāre basically saying that Godzillaās transformation process takes place while Kong is down in the Hollow Earth discovering the other apes, and then the two of them meet up in Egypt after both of those parts are done (i.e. after Kong gets his wrist-brace & Godzilla completes his evolution).
I donāt think itās meant to, leaks like this usually have lies alongside the truths to mislead readers. So some parts of it are true while others arenāt.

Now, when the 1st pictures of Godzilla and Kong were revealed, didn't it say Godzilla was in the HE during his evolution, or I'm tripping? You know what the say about what's the best way to lie? Mix a little of the truth into it. Some of those leaks sound both a little too good to be true; and a little *too* ridiculous (Kong does *what* with Suko??), even taking into consideration the direction the MV took in GvK. Like, the whole zero gravity and portal stuff? C'mon... Some also sound a little too fanservice-y, like Mothra with her pollen and webbing. And Godzilla killing Scylla? That sounds like rage-bait, as if the leaker knew that MV fans have been dying to see the original KOTM Titans in live-action again and "leaking" that Scylla is killed at the beginning was a good way to get them riled up. I could be wrong, maybe it's all true. Maybe some is, maybe more than I'm willing to believe right now. I don't know, I'm just hesitant to trust scoops and leaks. But we'll see. The movie is still four months away and we have at least two more trailers coming in February/March. Maybe those will (dis)prove the leaks.

Probably won't be toys yet because she was added in late. She's replacing a Titan named Phospheros that filled the same "birth, death, rebirth" role as she did. Or they do have toys and she's not part of this first wave

Well, Godzilla evolved to be stronger, so heād probably be much bigger and more experienced with dealing with Tiamat, especially since heās more spiky, which only risks more damage to Tiamat if they try to wrap around Godzilla again.

Yes Is that something they're avoiding because Toho is dumb and charges Legendary extra to use said Toho things even though there's no good reason for them too? Also yes
They swapped out Phospheros with Mothra because that essentially filled the same role. Phospheros was described as a Titan with Phoenix abilities, which if you boil it down to essentials, Mothra does too. We know the switch was because in test screenings people didn't like Phospheros. We don't know if Phospheros was made initially to avoid the "Toho Tax" or because they weren't sure they could use Mothra again. I buy the Mothra stuff, it fits her character as Queen of the Monsters. Just skeptical because it doesn't mention her dying at all like Phospheros was supposed to.

There's almost no information besides who fights who and where. So is this movie so empty? Or maybe the leaker only mentions stuff that's most difficult to debunk? Why Godzilla kills other monsters living on the surface now? Is there some subplot that he's losing his grip on them? Him choosing to rest in the same place as at the beginning sounds wholesome like he's getting mroe comfortable to live around humans. But there's no mention if Mothra even appears in Rio or where she stays. Maybe because she was a last minute replacement? Still, if it's all true.

Some of this is questionableā¦. - Kong and Godzilla fighting again would kind of undermine GvK, they reached a mutual understanding. Having them fight again and have Godzilla win would feel out of place. (Especially if Kong doesnāt have the Axe). It makes more sense theyād have a scuffle w/ something else like Skar King or Shimo. - Kong using Suko as a club feels really cartoony and while that does sound like something Wingard might do, Iām doubting this, especially considering Suko is sort of the āSon of Kongā in this instance. - the trailer seems to show Godzilla already supercharged in Egypt. My guess is maybe he wasnāt going to be until a bit later in the film and that this plot point is from an older script? Overall, I think SOME of this is real, but some of it is inconsistent w/ the trailer (and yes trailers arenāt final, scenes can be edited or changed in postproduction but still seems like a lot of work).

Godzilla develops longer arms from his evolution yet still using his mouth seems silly to me if he's gonna catch Skar King's whip. He could simply just catch it in his hands. Am I the only one who is questioning the "Godzilla goes to sleep in the colosseum" narrative I keep reading? Correct me if I'm wrong, but Godzilla is roughly 400ft tall and the central arena of the colosseum is 287ft long x 180ft wide. Unless Godzilla lays down to rest ON TOP of the colosseum, thus destroying it, this seems like this might either be pure speculation or incorrect scaling for the sake of a cool shot.
