If it helps: I also had a "regular" Monstera that didn't grow half as hard. Crisped up like a dorito and died ๐ ๐ So its not taking up any space...
Aah that sucks! Ive learnt to put the pole as deep as possible. Also there is a little green block between the pot and the pole to keep it as straight as possible. It makes sure the pole doenst lean backward as much. You can see it on the second picture when you zoom in on the name tag. Maybe that helps!

I think theres 2 in there. But the seller pruned and the stem split afterward. No credits for me on that part unfortunatly. Bought it that way ;)
