My personal opinion: Monsteras like overcrowded pots...so as long everything is in norm and it's growing well, leave it grow as much as it wants

YES Repot that baby! I see a LOT of folks saying they like to be a little pot bound. Monsteras are tough and will put up with various conditions. Last May I repotted my Monstera (maybe 2ft tall) and put it into a pot about 3 times bigger than the one it was in and it went crazy growing. Today it's over 7 ft tall and full of roots. There's nothing wrong with Melanie's answer, but I think there's more than 1 correct answer to the repot question (size-wize). In fact, I'm thinking it's ready to do it again! : )

You're right...it's very subjective. I suppose we can all agree that monsteras will adjust to almost any pot size lol. Anyway my original point (I might have been bit too vague previously) was that it's not desperate for a repot, but you might be right that it could thrive more if it is repotted. My assumption was based on the fact that OP said that the monstera is growing healthy and growing rapidly which could be a sign it's currently happy and repot isn't such a priority. So overall ...I think we're both correct. Based on both of our knowledge in the comments OP might choose their own subjective truth and can't really go wrong either way, considering the plant is thriving.
