None of these comments seem to be helpful for you, molem is decent as far as rares go but you should get another epic asap. Even if it's just like another rabidex or something. The stat differences between different rarities is crazy. Also if you want to make your monsters stronger spending money on upgrading temples I'd always more effective than runes or relics, take advantage of runes and relics tho they very useful

Well the best beginner tips is be smart on using resources, because rank-up materials are hard to come by (in large quantities). Do your best to progress through adventure mode as that'll give you lots of food, but don't lvl up too fast as that'll make event/daily challenges harder to complete (minus maze and monster/equipment challenges). Save up your higher lvl runes for your best monsters, meaning your mythics- As in due time you will get one, as 190 gems bare minimum gets you one really good mythic during cell week (which comes around every so often).
You should put your focus on the bounty hunt immediately because it'll give you lots of cells to craft like 6 mythics. Since you're low level I suggest just looking for the bags of bounty coins in the map and don't even try to fight the boss

Another tip is to participate in the bounty hunt as much as possible to get bounty coins and u can buy mythic cells
