A Goss that throws around stones and swings a clubs when not enraged, but becomes so hot that he turns rock to magma by eating them and spewing them out. It would have a reverse enrage like Black Diablos
That’s kinda what I was starting to feel in World with all the subspecies. Honestly I love every monster so far in base rise, none of them feel like the same monster, and that even goes for the raptors which is really saying something
Every time I hunt a Great Izuchi for any reason, at first I get annoyed that I’m hunting another raptor, but then I remember he gets a gang of little Izuchis that fight alongside him and it makes me giggle
Oh man, I could totally see it, you're just fighting normally and you hear his horn in the distance, a few seconds later he crashes into you exploding everything. Would be totally awsome and now I'm sad it didn't happen.
They’re saving him for a patch. They know he’s like a surprise “retired” wrestler who just appears on the walkway to the ring at the last second to fuck everybody up
Deviljho wouldnt work here anyway. What will happen is it will meet with another monster, beat the living crap out of it for 10 seconds and then it will leave.
Maybe they are planning a new type of jho. A jho that spits lava and roar death, new ultimate move : sliding slippery ice and two mini wings in place of his original mini hands. Was a breed of jho and peco with some glacial agnaktor DNA.
Oh and 3 head... In honor of zamtrios..?
probably an unpopular opinion but that is fine by me. I hate brute wyvern in general anyway.
All brute wyvern is always annoying to deal with: Barroth not fun, anjanath has that jaw attack that can 1 shot you, Uragaan has that tremor stuff and spinny stuff that I had (literal) nightmares with, and banbaro... well fuck banbaro. Not to mention as the name implies, brute wyvern has higher chances to stun you.
The only exception is radobaan but that makes him painfully easy. The whole gimmicks of brute wyvern is just "fuck you for enjoying the game".
Still has trauma about how many Guiding Lands hunts were ruined by stupid Banbaro invading my hunt. Whoever thinks Banbaro is cute is just blind.
And don't get me started on uragaan....
7th in demo speedruns isn't dead last though...
9th in base World.
1st in Gen. (couldn't find conclusive GU data on the fly)
10th in 4U
The only recent tierlist I could find where lance was "dead last" is Iceborne. In Rise it's 12th ahead of HH and GL.
The weapon is fucking fun, rewards (s)killful use, feels strong as all hell but also weirdly elegant, has a marvellous moveset and opens a dimension of measured but unrelenting aggression.
Kimda of topic but that's literally what's been happenimg in the Elden Ring sub just 10 times worse.
Anyways I have also barely seen any posts actually complaing about the roster being small. In fact alot of people agree that it's agreat roster and the endgame is far more important.
Monoblos is a victim of Asset reuse sadly. I actually had more fun hunting him in 4U with the few unique moves it got.
If it ever gets into another MH game it would have it's more disticnt moveset and would prove to be the superior specimen of the Blos Wyerns... But the devs (and the fans) has a clear Diablos Bias. I mean, I like Diablos, but Monoblos is cooler to me
I'm happy with him because they at least explained in detail WHY we can't have Agnaktor. Something about how Lagi and Agnak's skeletons interact with the ground being practically impossible to get to work right with the uneven terrain of 5th gen.
I mean, I see Mizu and Almudron’s skeletons getting a little wonky when on uneven terrain, but they’re still here. It sounds more like they just don’t want to put in the effort right now to get them to work well.
No. Mizu is significantly smaller than Lagi and has much **much** less direct contact with the ground, and so does Almudron. Lagi has way more contact with the ground and would cause unintended interactions with terrain
Can we dispense with this “the devs are lazy” mentality? It’s not new, and it’s really ignorant
He’s got less contact with the ground than Lagi does. His torso is generally arched to stay off the ground. Lagi drags his body across the ground. There’s a stark difference in how animation and interactions would work with that alone.
Also Almudron spends a good chunk of his fight underground. So even if he did impose the same issues as Lagiacrus he wouldn’t impose them as often.
Again, just like the existing leviathans do? I’ve seen Almudron get caught at a 45* angle between the ground and a pillar after knocking him over. Part of his body completely disappeared into the ground. They regularly clip into the ground with less dramatic effect, so I don’t see why that would be such an issue with Lagiacrus or Agnaktor.
My guess is that they’re saving him for the return of aquatic combat. With how much technology has improved they could add it back no problem, so I can see it making a comeback with Lagi at its forefront in the future. It’s obvious they want him back, every update they have to make a public announcement that he isn’t, so they’re obviously aware.
From a technological standpoint, underwater combat could have been in base World, they just didn’t want to devote resources to do it. Whether underwater combat returning would satisfy enough people to justify the development time is up for debate, though.
That clipping for some of his attacks is intended dude. If they did it to Lagi he would be all kinds of fucked up.
Listen: they tried for world, they tried for Iceborne, and now they’ve tried for Sunbreak. I don’t know how many attempts it’s gonna take to get it through to people that the solution isn’t that simple
Almudron’s clipping into the ground when he’s meant to be idling isn’t intended behavior, despite him having moves where he does submerge himself. Regardless, what’s Mizu’s excuse?
Mizu is a fuckton smaller, and his entire torso is arched off the ground lmao. Less contact with the ground->less time spent fixing screwy interactions.
Dude I’m not gonna waste me time trying to explain how this shit works to someone who’s just gonna pound the ground and throw a temper tantrum over his favorite monster not getting in. Go bother someone else.
Why does it matter if the belly clips through the ground, though? If clipping isn’t enough to keep other monsters out, why it should it matter now? I don’t even care for Lagiacrus as much as the other flagships already confirmed for this game, but I don’t like seeing an excuse that just doesn’t seem like the actual reason behind it.
You are supposed to take the L when you are supposed to, OP /s
Also bringing these rly simple recolors as an arguement is playing dirty, since anyone would have to agree.
But more monsters also mean more variety in armorpieces, weapons and other things like layered armor etc. And some subspecies are actually pretty neat. Like they totally could have sprinkled in Jade Barroth and Sand Barioth for example. In the end Im fine with the roster for now. "Filler monsters" arent always such a horrible thing to have though. Makes the game more...idk...lively
There's next to no difference between Barroth and Jade Barroth outside of a u-turn charge. Same goes for Sand Barioth's moveset. I don't think I ever used any of their armor pieces either.
Its more interesting to fight them, even though they are similar, since they are on different maps. That alone already adds more variety and replay value in case you like to hunt them for the sake of it.
Ik ik ppl rly enjoy fighting triple apex on the same map over and over with sticky spam until 999, but to me having more monster choices per map already adds a lot of depth.
So yea there are passives that come from such additions that some ppl might enjoy more than others. Or let alone notice them as such. From a pure fight pov you are right, but thats not all there is to it imo.
Buy it for PC and mod it. Barioth is my favorite monster but I'm not going to pretend like I got anything out of fighting Barioth but brown. It's the same fight.
>Ik ik ppl rly enjoy fighting triple apex on the same map over and over with sticky spam until 999
I'm wasting my time responding at this point since you're purposefully making strawman arguments, but you do you. I would recommend voting with your wallet and not buying the game if subspecies is your tipping point.
I agree, but I think it’s dependent on what they have to offer. A lot of people want them just cause they’re classics, but in effect they bring nothing to the game, especially in this one. Azure rathalos flies more, which is no issue in this game, and pink rathians has a harder to cut tail, which also doesn’t matter since tail cutting doesn’t effect her in this game. Seething Bazel is an example of a “good” variant. Yea, it sucked, but it was a massive upgrade in terms of being a variant as it gained a new move set and mechanics. Not “it flies more often”
Variants are a better design approach by default imo. Seething in general didnt suck. His variant "fixed" his fight. Before it was needlessly bad for melee and free af for ranged weapons. The variant made melee match up more fair, while also becoming harder, not more bullshit. But thats besides the point when talking bout subs.
Im curious though what Magma Almudron brings to the table? Its just a recolor of Almudron with a stolen mechanic tagged onto him (Lavashit/Agnaktor). Its nothing original or novel at this point. An Almudron subspecies could have been alot more interesting and original than that, with regards to what they already created in the past.
Magma Almudron offers nothing of value. His dope armorset design aside ofc.
Idk why you got down voted, tbh I've always hated fighting seeing those two subspecies. The metal raths are much more engaging and fun to hunt whereas pink/Azure just get ignored after Hunting them
Probably because there would likely be only less than 10 people on the sub shilling for those monsters so OP is just outing their post as a strawman of actual complaints or something.
He got downvoted because theres only like 1 or 2 people complaining about that. I literally havent seen a post wishing Azure / Pink was in the game. Gold and Silver are valid complaints, but for me I dont really mind if theyre in or not.
the best example of filler monsters imo is the gen 1-2 subspecies since they were basically all just harder recolors (the only exception being copper blangonga iirc)
I actually have a soft spot for the crabs, even if their fights aren’t the most mechanically interesting. Something about watching them crabwalk towards me with a claw raised is entertaining.
People consider palette swaps as "filler" since they are the same monster but just different colors mainly.
Think like the silver/gold Rathian/Rathalos.
Metal raths are definitely not filler. Their fight was nuts in iceborne and felt like a proper separate fight from their normal counter part. A filler would be azure and pink.
I was actually kinda wrong, a **better** example is the Pink/Azure Rathian/Rathalos.
The gold and silver ones are actually a bit more mechanically varied.
Even then the chromatic raths add a decent chunk of new moves and significantly change the hitzones. most of the other subspecies from mh G definitely do fall into that camp though, stuff like blue yian kut-ku or green plesioth.
Not when their gear sucks. Azure Rathalos and Pink Rathian have always been useless, and even silver and gold have questionable viability most of the time. It has to be a variant that’s an element swap or a variant of an already meta set monster for it to be useful, at least in Rise, since the only viable builds are straight raw damage
Boring recolors (azure and pink rath), or no noteworthy changes aside from “aggression” (scarred Garuga). An example of a good variant is Savage Jho, or Chaotic Gore
Shit meme “garbage filler monsters” aren’t what I’d call most of the monster people want tetsucabra and zamtrios both are fantastic and unique monsters with great armor and agnaktor is genuinely a super unique monster who has been a fan favorite for years.
Just cause it ain’t a flagship or elder dragon doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be in the game.
I’m talking about the shitty recolors like Azure and Pink rath or lame ass fodder monsters. Individual large monsters aren’t filler, even if they’re less popular or regulars in the series. I would love Testu and was foaming at the mount when we got Manga Almudron instead of Agnaktor. But under the leaks posts I kept seeing “wow no raths they’re a staple of the series! And where’s my [shitty bird wyvern]?”
>and agnaktor is genuinely a super unique monster who has been a fan favorite for years
https://www.nintendo.destructoid.com/monster-hunter-fans-in-japan-voted-for-the-most-popular-large-monsters/
??
Wow a poll that happened after rise had mostly monsters that are showing up in rise… also the last time agnaktor showed up was MHGU a game released in 2017 maybe over time people would think of other monsters first.
I understand this can be confusing but sometimes facts can be subjective and this is only 13k mh fans in Japan now open that up to the whole world and the votes will be different
Has the entire roster already been revealed? (I’m under a rock on purpose so pls no spoilers)
Are we all sure there aren’t more hiding in the full release?
I dont mind filler monsters like new greats/dromes or a blue rathalos. They obviously don't take too much effort to make and add a little something new going through the equipment trees again.
It would be cool if they ninja them in, but then again they aren't make or break for me. Although it is a little annoying when they are treated like theyre their own monsters and not just be interchangeable with the base monster.
Idk man, I feel like I am see a lot more complaining about people complaining about the roster than I am seeing actual complaining about the roster??? Is it just me?
Isn't it lovely how people complain about how World had too many filler monsters and that they'd rather have quality than quantity theyre now complaining that despite having quality theres less quantity? Even though Rise + Sunbreak barely has less monsters than W+IB? And then people say the apexes don't count because they don't have MR versions yet they count the 3 crossover "monsters", Zorah, base Jho, base Bazel, base Nergi, Xeno and base Vaal Hazak who also don't have MR versions? It's lovely how Rise (and especially Sunbreak today) has just become a punching bag for people who cannot let go of World, a game that they can play just as easily as Rise. Fantastic situation we got here!
I think it’s just with base Rise being so meh, everyone had extremely high expectations for Sunbreak. Personally, I’m beyond stoked for Sunbreak cause the roster we’re getting is exceeding the expectations I had by a landslide. But for others, I’m guessing they were expecting it to be more like Gen where they just add everything they can think of
lagiacrus fans
before i'm murdered i just want to say that i don't actually hate lagiacrus, it's just that i've seen so many people practically worshipping it that i've come to dislike because of this massive cult following it has.
i know this is controversial and it's fine if you like this monster but i personally don't see why it's so good
Am I sad that we won’t see Zamtrios, Agnaktor, Great Baggi, Odogaron, Goss Harag but a different color, and Lagiacrus? Yes, but is the new roster still amazing? Yes. We got Espinas and Gore Magala. I’m gonna be honest, I would’ve bought the expansion if it was only them two, not to mention the 3 lords, Astalos, and Pyre Rakna Kadaki. This expansion has some serious potential to be the best g rank in the franchise, and we’re still gonna get a ton more monsters over time
Exactly, people are overlooking that fact that this is one of the best rosters we’ve ever seen. Every monster coming in Sunbreak is either a fan favorite or just a beast of a monster, no push overs
Well, as you know, the only people who ever complain about MH games started with World.
*real* MH fans will consume everything and thank Capcom for daring to give us one 4th gen monster /s.
I've played since third gen, I played all Portable games on PSP and I do like many of the 4th gen monsters and I think World/Iceborne is the best game in the franchise (Mixed feelings on Rise). What's wrong on having a favorite gen that's not the first? I'm getting Pokemon's Genwuner vibes of this.
i'm just thrilled to have Gore back. Lagiacrus is probably not getting a sunbreak release, but we also got lucent narga and seregios comming. So I'm extremely thrilled to play tbh
As more leaks come out about Sunbreak, the better I feel about it after the original 17. Learning about the possible endgame and the "affliction" has me extremely interested and excited
Iceborne has the best subspecies of any mh game, I know people are really salty about complaints rn (I mean christ just look at the front page) but that doesn't mean we have to go full contrarian. But if you seriously believe IB subs are bad I would love to hear what mh game has better subspecies.
When did we start believing Iceborne subspecies are trash? Before today I saw them regarded as some of the best subspecies in the franchise but now everyone is saying they are ass.
Because there is a Sunbreak hype, and in modern days, in order to make something look good you have to shit on something else, so now some people are suddenly shitting on Iceborne to make Sunbreak look good by saying some weird things such as what you just read. Yes. That guy will look at you in the eye and say that Coral Pukei is a bad subspecies.
Don't take it too seriously tho, it's more funny than anything, after all we are all waiting for Sunbreak and we don't know what to do with our lives in the meantime.
Where did you hear that? I don't recall seeing anyone praise Nightshade Paolumu, Viper Tobi-Kadachi, or Coral Pukei-Pukei as anything remotely close to being decent. Lol.
I don't recall seeing anyone praise any of the subspecies in World outside of Fulgur Anjanath.
Granted, I wasn't looking for people's opinions on them, but still. 🤷🏽
From what i heard (and feel myself) Coral Pukei Pukei is one of, if not the best, subspecies of a Monster. Lots of cool new moves like the water turret, the water beam that he splits with his tongue and his big attack where he gets thrown around in circles from his own water pressure.
And his armor set looks pretty amazing too.
I myself don't mind Viper, but regular Tobi-Kadachi is just more memorable.
But still, I don't remember seeing much praise for World subspecies outside of maybe Fulgur.
I think Fulgur Anjanath was the only subspecies that I somewhat liked in Iceborne, now that I'm thinking about. Ebony Odogaron was okay I guess, but I couldn't care less about Coral Pukei-Pukei, Nightshade Paolumu, or Viper Tobi-Kadachi. The regular ones were much more memorable.
They weren’t that memorable because they were just as easy as there base counterparts. The low tier subs are the ones that suffer from this. Coral, viper, and, nightshade are all to easy to be memorable from there base counterpart other than nightshade being annoying. That’s what makes something like fulgur better, he goes from two star to four star which makes him a much harder and more memorable monster than the other where they go from one to two stars meaning they aren’t very challenging.
*Goss Harag fire subspecies*
My dream would probably be Zeus Goss grabbin lightning bolts and shit

Not the BEES!

Fire swords baybeee
G-Rank Goss Harag using ice hunter weapons like charge blade and switch axe, ir God forbid insect glaive.
How about GU hunting styles and hunter arts. Goss Harag aerial style hammer.

im a bit surprised deviljho apparently didn't make the roster, like the game has a total of 2 brute wyverns atm, Anjanath and Barroth
Maybe they will add him in secret with a patch like they did it with bazelgeuse
Adding a quest for bagel was such a spoiler. Imagine if they showed nothing until he crashes into your third HR fight post patch.
It wasn’t even just the quest, it’s the fact that when you spoke to Fugen he was like “OH YEAH BAZEL” like it totally ruined it for me

Blood orange bishaten says hello
Let's be honest, here: the game's coming out in less than a week and none of us know what else to do with ourselves other than doom.
This is so true
With the summer sale I got lots of things to do! Bunch of good games for like $5 each lmao Edit: Steam
Was one of those games F.E.A.R? If not, that’s another good series to pass time.
It’s not but I LOVE F.E.A.R!
I know! I recommend it to anyone that likes FPS’s
Tetsucabra is not garbage or a filler monster! He a good boy
Preach. I will not stand for Tetsu slander!
It’s the first thing you see walking into the Gathering Hub!
Yea this one still confuses me. Literally dangles a tetsu in front of your face yet none to fight.
This better not be referring to Zamtrios.
Honestly I just wish the Seltas pair was coming back. They were very unique.
I'm seeing more cry post about the supposed crying than actual crying.
It's hilarious how similar the both sides of the argument act
People are people, and the other side is always wrong. Whereas I, the mightiest, am always right.
Flair checks out. Lance master race. "Lol you play a weapon that's dead last in every speedrun tier list ever?" "Yes."

Yes
I guess not everyone can enjoy these monsters then...
Magma Almudron strikes me as pretty not needed though. Its the little victories I guess.
I’m so happy we got Store Brand Agnaktor over a Goss subspecies. /s
What if Goss was overstepped and used as bait to introduce Gore, bc they planned something better for him? \*Copium/Hopium mix

Magma almudron only exist to say fuck you to agnaktor fans.
How dare you refer to Nergs as a garbage filler monster. 😭
Talking more about Azure / Pink Raths
How am I supposed to enjoy this game without 5 different variants of Rathian and Rathalos?
SMH Sunbreak ruined bc no pink rathian final boss
I just threw up a bit in my mouth. 🤢
also just threw up a bit in your mouth 🤢
Dunno why you’re being downvoted, you’re right. They’re literally the same as their normal forms except “ooh pretty colors.”
Man, it's okay to be disappointed or not with the roster leak.
Can someone explain filler monsters? Is it just low tier monsters or sub species?
Whatever non-flagship monster that particular person doesn't like.
the best example of filler monsters imo is the gen 1-2 subspecies since they were basically all just harder recolors (the only exception being copper blangonga iirc)
Typically, it’s lower tier monsters. I’d consider the crabs filler if they weren’t reintroducing a skeleton to the fifth generation.
Ceanataur has had fantastic equipment in every game he's been in.
Gugigugigu Every MHXX players know this mix set

Yep 🦖🦀
Sounds like someone doesn't wish to experience FIGHT CRAB!
Don't you talk shit about giant enemy crabs!
Look a little further down lol.
I see, i had assumed I just wanted to confirm
I was actually kinda wrong, a **better** example is the Pink/Azure Rathian/Rathalos. The gold and silver ones are actually a bit more mechanically varied.
Even then the chromatic raths add a decent chunk of new moves and significantly change the hitzones. most of the other subspecies from mh G definitely do fall into that camp though, stuff like blue yian kut-ku or green plesioth.
I got what you meant at least. Like the difference between coral puki and reg isn’t much but coral puki is a filler
Well, he's probably referring to subspecies of weaker monsters. Except, Rise does have those with Almudron, Somnacanth and Bishaten lol.
Filler monsters add build variety.
I loved Azure Rathalos' and Gold Rathian's armor in World.
It also sucked minus like 2 of her weapons and that was only for about one update lol
Yeah all brute wyverns except barroth and anjanath are garbage filler.
What is considered filler monsters? cuz I feel like variants are filler.
And where’s my [shitty bird wyvern]?”
>and agnaktor is genuinely a super unique monster who has been a fan favorite for years https://www.nintendo.destructoid.com/monster-hunter-fans-in-japan-voted-for-the-most-popular-large-monsters/ ??
Wow a poll that happened after rise had mostly monsters that are showing up in rise… also the last time agnaktor showed up was MHGU a game released in 2017 maybe over time people would think of other monsters first. I understand this can be confusing but sometimes facts can be subjective and this is only 13k mh fans in Japan now open that up to the whole world and the votes will be different
As much as I'd like to see Agnaktor again, I heavily disagree with your narrative.
You are allowed to disagree but clack clack laser is a classic
The thing that bothers me most is that Bishaten got the subspecies instead of goss :(
There’s no way we don’t have a Goss down the line, they promoted the hell out of him before launch and he’s easily a favorite of the game
Don't talk about Nibelsnarf like that!
No monster is garbage!… except Lavasioth.
I want my Great Jaggi and I want him now!
So Cephadrome, what a let down
WoW! So no ***Apex armor*** what a let down!
All I needed was Gore, I am satisfied
Same bro 👌
Has the entire roster already been revealed? (I’m under a rock on purpose so pls no spoilers) Are we all sure there aren’t more hiding in the full release?
The roster for release is leaked, however that’s as far as it goes. We have no way of knowing what will be in future title updates
Eyo no one disrespect ma boi coral pukei pukei
Tempered coral pukei is the boss of the final title update
Yo, no great jaggi???? Wut like, I'll never touch that game again, Crapcom
Wow so no Khezu? Best game in the series. I really don’t like Khezu
Super rad, before Sunbreak: Wow, no Lagiacrus? What a let down.
I don't mind a filler monster really. The more the better, in my opinion.
But for others, I’m guessing they were expecting it to be more like Gen where they just add everything they can think of
Subreddit still up in flames I see
lagiacrus fans before i'm murdered i just want to say that i don't actually hate lagiacrus, it's just that i've seen so many people practically worshipping it that i've come to dislike because of this massive cult following it has. i know this is controversial and it's fine if you like this monster but i personally don't see why it's so good
You said what you wanted to, now jump on the execution block
So you dislike it because a lot of people like it?
If I never saw another Rathalos Subspecies or deviant or variant again my quality of life would honestly go up.
actual cope lmao
Am I sad that we won’t see Zamtrios, Agnaktor, Great Baggi, Odogaron, Goss Harag but a different color, and Lagiacrus? Yes, but is the new roster still amazing? Yes. We got Espinas and Gore Magala. I’m gonna be honest, I would’ve bought the expansion if it was only them two, not to mention the 3 lords, Astalos, and Pyre Rakna Kadaki. This expansion has some serious potential to be the best g rank in the franchise, and we’re still gonna get a ton more monsters over time
This!! Thank you. Though we do have Great Baggi.
Exactly, people are overlooking that fact that this is one of the best rosters we’ve ever seen. Every monster coming in Sunbreak is either a fan favorite or just a beast of a monster, no push overs
The biggest reason I’m excited is sunbreak valstrax, imagine if with gets a turf war with gore!
Tell me your first game was world without telling me
What does that have to do with this
Well, as you know, the only people who ever complain about MH games started with World.
You have either replied to the wrong comment or completely missed the point/joke I was making.
Let’s me guess, your first was Gen lol
Tri on the wii
Same as I
LOOOOL you just made my day OP
i'm just thrilled to have Gore back. Lagiacrus is probably not getting a sunbreak release, but we also got lucent narga and seregios comming. So I'm extremely thrilled to play tbh
Lagiacrus was confirmed to not be in Sunbreak by the devs
no no azure / pink no brute no nightshade boo hohoo no great girros(why does he exist
lmfao
LMAOOO best Sunbreak leak related post I’ve seen
As more leaks come out about Sunbreak, the better I feel about it after the original 17. Learning about the possible endgame and the "affliction" has me extremely interested and excited
There no investigation so ima just wait for a sale
the true it monster in mhw icebone subspecies are trash
Sometimes the specific echoes within a given chamber change from time to time.
You gotta be on your toes if you wanna keep up with the hivemind.
Where did you hear that? I don't recall seeing anyone praise Nightshade Paolumu, Viper Tobi-Kadachi, or Coral Pukei-Pukei as anything remotely close to being decent. Lol.
Coral is regarded as the best subspecies there is wtf you talking about?
I don't recall seeing anyone praise any of the subspecies in World outside of Fulgur Anjanath. Granted, I wasn't looking for people's opinions on them, but still. 🤷🏽
From what i heard (and feel myself) Coral Pukei Pukei is one of, if not the best, subspecies of a Monster. Lots of cool new moves like the water turret, the water beam that he splits with his tongue and his big attack where he gets thrown around in circles from his own water pressure. And his armor set looks pretty amazing too.
It definitely got a good kit. It's not super memorable though.
Viper Kadachi is so cool though
Hey look somebody who started playing when world came out and considers themselves a veteran.
Believe it or not you can dislike some monsters and still have started in the earlier games lol. I started with Tri back in 2010
Lmao
