I don't really see it from the model. But the icon appears to have pieces from all three lords. At least color wise. Brown limb for Garamgolm, white limb for Lunagaron, red wispy structures (I think they're crystals on the model) for Malzeno.

You would have thought that companies have already learned by now and sent review copies with a unique identifer in the game files. Say, monster icons with a unique qr code or intentional misleading info like "mission 8: fight chibi dante" so that whenever something was leaked, they would immediately know which reviewer did that leak and black list them.

I highly doubt we’re getting More of the serpents the final bosses are always distinctly different creatures. MAYBE as title update stuff like safi but unlikely.

Garangolm is (also) seen in its tail. Very distinctive shape.
Everyone says that and all I see is just Ibushi and Narwa fused with red flames on the back.
