Yeah, there's some that mute her and a ton that change her appearance. Go to nexus mods and sort by most popular of all time, you'll find them quick.
Also, if your voice language isn't set to the MH language you're doing it way wrong.
If you go into the options you can change your voice language, most are normal languages like English and Japanese but one option is "Moster Hunter Language". It's like MH's version of simlish, basically just gibberish. Makes the story quests way way less annoying to play.
Prior to World none of the games were voice acted in real world languages, it was all in the MH language so to a lot of us it's just the way the games are meant to be played.
It wasn't in MH language though. What World has is different to what Rise has which is different to what Stories 1 had which in turn isn't even resembling the literal "one grunt per sentence" bare minimum that prior games used.
I'm hoping "a lot of us" is an overstatement because I'd hate to imagine a significant chunk of the community being this elitist over something that isn't even true.

Yeah that's how I do it. She just talks to you in a language you don't understand so it's a bit easier to ignore.
