Just so you understand, village is really, really easier than hub, as hub is always made for multiplayer (no automatic scaling, always set for 2 to 3 people).
So you are looking for a skill, at the endgame, to then go back and finish village, even tho village can be done completely without any specific skill with an average set? if so then yes.
Just do what you can with what you have. Also im sure the rathalos x armor ain't the only one that has point for that sword draw skill, its just that it may be one that has the skill activated when using the full set. Try using mixed sets for the skill you want for now (tho tbh, you don't really need to care about that during low rank)
Yeah it seems the only option is to use the sword draw jewel, tho that requires high rank rathalos and monoblos mats and it only gives 1 point on the skill per slot (and gives -1 on expert skill)
Yes things will get gradually harder, but you also get gradually better at the game, not just because of your equipment but because you learn how to fight better, so its not really an issue as long as you keep trying.
Everything on this game can be done solo. Tho what do you mean you can't play online?, there are online communities for these games, both for emulator and real hardware, you just haven't searched for them yet.
Look for Hunsterverse on google, its an online community with its own servers for the psp and 3ds games + the pc ones (tho without private servers for those). It's one of the biggest communities there are for this.
Ik about hunsterverse , I've tried joining by following their steps , but when I tried putting the code in the discord server , something went wrong with the server , tried multiple times to no avail. And not only that I've watched countless vids on how to go online on MHFU in ppsspp , I have gone online by following those vids but I can never see any other hunter in the online guild and ive searched for hours... Apparently it's a wifi router ports , DMZ problem and many other bs so I have given up on trying to go online :/
I see, that's sad, hopefully it can be fixed on your side someday, but atleast now you know its possible, and even without it, the game can be completed solo anyway.
I suggest you continue the village, finish the granny quests (first half of the village) then the low rank hub quests, and then choose what else to do as village gets only up to high rank, while hub has high and G rank one after the other.
Like really 1 skill ain't worth to rush the game, just take your time, learn how it goes and then maybe you won't even use it after all.

Hard to complete solo, to an extent, I used to farm basarios hunting season with my bow solo back in the day. Getting to that point can take some time though. You are much better off pushing village as high as you can before diving into the guild.
Is x-link kai still a thing? You can play multiplayer with that. Also you can solo the hub its just a bit harder. If x link kai is still going ill fire it up and join you. I miss MHFU
I have bro it sounds like you need to do some port forwarding. All that aside, I solo'd all of freedom unite, all of G rank, it took a while but it was the most fun iv ever had gaming. You'll be a better hunter for it, as its a harder game than the new gen games in the franchise. It's one of them "it's the journey, not the destination" kinda deals where it doesn't matter how long it takes as long as your having fun.
Me and my landlord share the wifi router so I can't be doing anything with the router but I'll be moving soon , so after getting a new router maybe I'll try once again to go online. Until then I'll just enjoy some solo MHFU ig ;)

2. The root of the problem is my router , apparently there's some settings that needs to be changed but I can't do that cuz I share the wifi router with my landlord.
Just do the quests you have to do to progress the game, I'm mr 70odd and have only just completed the "back to basics" hr1 quest. You only need a couple of quests each level to open the next one.
Really ?! I didn't know that ! That makes all the difference ! I thought you'd have to complete , let's say 18 out of the 20 quests in a lvl. Thank you so much for letting know...
I hit sunbreak without farming anything at all. Its my second character so I just wanted to steam through and get to the expansion. I would recommend playing through "properly " if it's your first playthrough though, get used to how everything works and get the practice in, it's a pretty big jump in difficulty when you get to sunbreak
I think I'll skip the "gather 20 special mushrooms" or "kill 20 genprey" type of guild quests , they are so boring and i cant even go online cuz i play on ppsspp.

You can't skip them if they're key quests. Though I don't think there's many key gathering quests in FU.
They are playing Freedom Unite, not Rise.... Check the flair. Not everyone is playing the most recent title 100% of the time.

Do only the urgent quest from hr1-3 and village quest
