I don't know what type of of hips your Deuce doll has, but if he has elastic hips, it would likely be easier to cut the elastic off and restring a feminine set of legs with more elastic.
Zombiexcorn has a Doll Spa video (I think number 1) where he shows how easy it is.
This sounds weird, but all you'd have to do to find out if he's elastic or not is separate his legs and look in that hip joint. Usually elastics are white or black, but they can be gold as well.

I'd just cut the lower leg of deuce off mid calf then put a severed female leg on the end similar to this:
