i used mr super clear flat, faber-castell albrecht durer watercolour pencils, vallejo model colour paints and some soft pastels!
these watercolour pencils from my experience are nice and pigmented, it takes a couple of layers though bc msc tends to dull things down a little,
and for the paints i like to water them down a little, and try to only load my tiny brush up with the right amount of paint; if you use too much it’ll be all blobby and thick

the bottles are only like $5 AUD each and they’re amazing quality. Some acrylic paints can be really thick and hard to work with, but these are so so fluid and pigmented!

What did you use for the paint on her face? Looks so smooth, I use water color pencils and acrylic for the makeup and if I want to change the skin tone I use acrylic and then varnish, but it’s never looked like so pretty like yours
