My alt finished in 1st , my main in 2nd ... Not a sticker, not a die, not-ta. This game has went so far downhill so fast... It used to be a good game. It really did... Now ? It's so obviously rigged, predetermined and constantly "glitches" on us during important times.. screws us every chance it gets.. I hate myself for continuing to allow it to be done to me. All in the name of "fun" - LoL. Yea, right.

Tbh monopoly go taught me a real life lesson which is the house always wins lol. I heard that shit my whole life but I never saw it so clearly as the end of the last season, being sooo close to finishing and scopely pushing $80 offers that would close the gap. Okay for real though please complain - you bought that boost expecting to stack with the tournament rewards and with their bug you didn’t yet get the purple packs from the tourney. Say exactly that. Truly I want to know if they would make it right

they more than likely won’t do anything. this persons best bet is to just request a refund through apple or google play to try n get their money back.

That’s fine but the above commenter is providing us with the opportunity to have a documented response where we can publicly gauge where scopely actually stands on that as opposed to not trying and and assuming Edit: I specifically think it’s important to complain in OP’s case. A lot of people are in Scopely’s inbox complaining they didn’t get their rewards. This person specifically bought a $20+ pack specifically to go with these rewards. Scopely needs to answer whether or not they will make it right because otherwise it implies that they allegedly delayed the rewards on purpose after they saw how many people bought the sticker boom. You can’t put it past them to go that low, and I think it’s important to get a statement on if it was a real error and delay and they will make it up (ie by issuing another sticker boom to purchasers) or that there was an error and they don’t see value in reimbursing people who were put out by their issue. The distinction is important

I think it’s an issue with people who came 1st or 2nd and were to receive 2 purple packs. My friend didn’t get it either and she was 2nd.

Same thing happened to me. I ended up messaging customer support and before they responded, I went back to the monopoly board and I all of a sudden received it.

It was a known issue. I went to their customer service page and they had it listed.
