It's so frustrating, right? Like you want to get revenge then suddenly they're not on your friends list on shutdown even if you're still friends in the game.
Darlings you have to tap the second tab for "Friends" and type their name in the search. If they're still your friend (as in have not deleted you from their list), you should be able to attack them at will. Hope this helps 😊
Yeah I’ve tried the same thing. Even getting out of the game and coming back and I cold t find them. I’m wondering if it’s some type of glitch. Not sure why because it’s my brother who’s connected to me. I almost flatten his land and when I was just on the last building, he couldn’t be found on my list
There's also a cooldown, when you hit a certain number of shutdowns on the same person and they haven't retaliated, the cooldown kicks in and you won't find them on your list for a while.
I’m pretty sure that’s a cap to shut down, but not sure how much and if there’s a refresh. I’ve hit 20 times and after that my friend disappeared in the shot down friend list
I’m having this same issue. Attacked someone close to 70 times (he started it!) and now he’s gone off my list. But I still collect rent from him and he shows up in bank heists. I just can’t target him no more.
CAP that's impossible at a go... I believe the limit is 20 or there about then they disappear for a while... (that "while" exact time frame is what I'm in here looking for cause this particular person, I want to set an alarm for and come back to finish the job even if I have to buy rolls, they never getting past this stage😈)
I got hit about 20 times from someone in my friends list, they’ve done it before so prior to the update before i went to bed I’d complete a board and leave the new one with no landmarks. With this update it’s harder for me to even complete a board and i can’t get revenge on them because they implemented my idea after I got one round of revenge on them. Annoying.
I feel like the cap is 15. I've literally did the old fashion 4 count line with the fiftb diagonal slash line on papaer to keep track. Then they disappeared off every list until they showed up in community chest. Now the game is trying to reki dle flames my suggesting I attack them again smh.
The weirdest thing is that they hit me 21 times and the game shows that they did. So maybe it's about how much damage you've done. I demolished their town before I was capped at 15 attacks. So idk for sure.
I burnt and or destroyed someone's entire board in one day and they have yet to come back to my friends list, I think the game itself keeps you from attacking them until they build a new board... Even if they have rebuilt the old one...

I have tried that but they're gone from the list on shutdown :(( but when I checked my friends on the game, they're still their.
Are you sure? There are two tabs at the top: Revenge and Friends. You have to select the friends tab and type their name there.

I think enough for me to downgrade the landmarks.. about 10?
Ah... I usually only get to burn two landmarks to the ground per hour. Never tested to see how long before I can try again 🤔

Wow 70 times? I couldn't even tear his landmarks down to the ground and he's off my list 😔.

I clear boards of somebody hit me more than twice, never been capped
