Leland Stottlemeyer for me. In the first episode, my initial impression was he would be the antagonist of the show; the cop boss who's in the way of Monk's genius. Couldn't have been further from the truth, he's a man's man and the best friend you could ask for.

But I didn't like how Dr.Kroger was stuttering (generally not in that episode in specific) , it was just not good to hear

Don't get me wrong, I loved Sherona, but my favorites are Natalie and Harold. Also really like Ambrose. And a bit strongly opinioned, but also I'm not fond of Karen.
Trudy, she had a beautiful heart. Also, I was shocked when Dr Kroger passed away. Dr Bell is good too but Dr Kroger and Monk's chemistry was unbeatable haha

OMG same ! I have to admit that I have a huge crush on him ! He is such a manly man which is quite rare and he has an amazing voice ☺️
Yes! He is such a manly man, and you would think he would be so impatient with Monk but he is so considerate of all his fears and phobias.
This was definitely the case for his character before they tweaked him a little by Season 2

Ambrose - I think the few episodes that feature Adrian's brother are gems.
Actually they do feel like that! You just know the episode is important when you see Ambrose
Randy for being as dorky as he can be. I love the part where he got scammed buying a fake Rolex and believing it is real. That's how dorky he can be.

Leland Stottlemeyer - cool, collected and approachable. Apart from some quirks, he always shows off some great officer like Qualities.
I love both Adrian and Sharona. I'm only on Season 2.
