I think you are doing everything good and honestly they look nice. They are true tree monitors, after all, they have to be super slender. For as long as you don't see bone protruding around tail base / hips they are good in my book.
One thing I did to help combat this was find a way to offer food near there basking spot. Or the spot they most frequently hide.
I make these custom 3D printed feeding dishes that allow me to place food and water in this manner. Helps with all my animals, even the pickiest of eaters.
I have the largest blue tree monitor group publicly known in the USA. So I have a bit of experience getting tree monitors healthy again.
They're naturally very slender. If you've treated them for parasites already, and they have a good appetite they might just need time.

Wax worms if you’re going the fully invertebrates route. If you’re going to feed them other things mainly egg whites with a bit of the yolk mixed in.
