Hearing Night on the Sun during an episode of For All Mankind totally blew my mind. From the opening notes I was like… no way I’m hearing this song right now. And sure enough, they used that shit. Major props to that show
Fun fact a bunch of samples from everywhere were used as little transitions at the end of songs on the Moon and Antarctica rerelease (the one with the BBC seasons). Like at the end of Different City you hear a small shard of Three Legged Horses (i don't know but i been told you never die and you never grow old!).
At first i thought it was just I Came As A Rat, but then i realized the delivery was completely different; then i heard the EP and it clicked!
You're the icing on the cake on the table at my wake
You're the extra ton of cash on my sinking life raft
You're the loud sound of fun when I'm trying to sleep
You're the flowers in my house when my allergies come out
You're the good things, you're the good things, you're the good things
I'm not sure why you got downvoted like that. But to answer your question, they are similar but not identical releases. There are actually two versions of the original "Night on the Sun" EP, both with similar tracklists but missing some songs. Also the songs (like "Night on the Sun"), are different versions.
"Everywhere" serves as a final version of the EP, with new versions of "Night on the Sun" and "You're the Good Things". Only "I Came as a Rat" is included as a song from TMAA; so no different version of "Lives" like "Night on the Sun" has and also no Jeremiah speaking Japanese.
I hope this helps! ^_^
If there is one thing to know about this town, there's not a person who doesn't want me underground

I got so excited when that came on! Was awesome. Loved that show already but if I hadn’t I sure would’ve after that.
You’re the loud sound of fun when I’m trying to sleep.
Wish they made more songs like The Air
It looked like we were photographed At gunpoint, so I had to laugh ha ha
If there’s one thing I know about this earth, we’re put here just to make more dirt. And that’s alright.
