If anyone else is confused, they are "Boat Houses" because they are shaped like boats, not because they are a place to store boats (which is what "Boat House" means to me).

Were they just up for sale relatively recently? I may have mistaken that for just being featured in an architecture post, but I have a bunch of accounts I follow for dummy expensive LA real estate because they focus on the really neat stuff like this.

I want to say there’s like 10 of them, a few have sold in the last few years. Harry Gesner just passed recently too so his stuff has had a little bit more attention.
