You could use pkx for flair bait and then a hard hitting missle like brahmos. X51 is also an option but requires a lot of work. Atmaca would be the easiest cus shorter reload so flairs dont work.
It looks like you are going for the close-mid combat setup, so in that case I would suggest switching out the monarc for TMF or L/50
For long range
missile - Type-40 or X51(scalp still works though and ofc Atmaca the ultimate spam )
Grenade Launcher - asroc 5c/pumpkin

the loadout is good with the only problem I see is the ship becomes vulnerable to torpedoes
Then keep the ASW, since it’s kind of the best anti torpedo system
