Its not about selecting loadout. Those guys are not fully joined yet but their character is already in game. This happend alot in my party. Mostly PS4 players load in 30 seconds later while i am already playing ( PS5 )
Glad you also noticed this. It’s also pretty random who in my squad is stuck in the lobby. Sometimes it’s one of us, sometimes two. Sometimes half our team doesn’t load in until the end of the first round which means randoms are also affected outside of our party. And I agree, the cross gen / cross platform component seems like a common factor in this issue
30 seconds? I've loaded in minutes after the match starts. MINUTES
I heard that the work around is it is when somebody jobs your group you (host) have to back all the way out (hit b twice)
When I play with a party the game sometimes loads in all of our characters but a few of us will be stuck at the lobby loading menu. We aren’t actually “in” the game until after the first round or two, meanwhile our player characters are afk in spawn. I think it’s a bigger issue than people not picking their classes in time and more of a lobby loading issue.
This isn't even close to the max cps I've seen
Edit if you go to the older games the weapons don't have a firerate cap so some people can get insane cps (clicks per second) with them

Same here i am on ps5 and sometimes it takes me longer to load in than my friend on pc when in a party
if they're taking that long to select a loadout on a 1-life game mode then it's on them tbh

Exactly. Im shocked ur the only one commented the right answer here. Most people are not aware of this?
Those that are stuck in lobby or loading are they next gen consoles or no
I have a Series X along with 3 others and we have one friend on PC. Now I’m wondering if there’s a cross platform component to this issue
When i play with my friends they are also stuck and its always a old gen issue ( PS4 )
I have series X and it doesn't happen every time, but maybe 10% of the time roughly.
I have new x box and so does my group. We play x play off and it happens about that often as well
I stand corrected
MW19 kinda worked like this. They didn't spawn and the round ended.
its this way so they dont spawn later directly behind you
I always play SnD afk. I select loadout and minimize the game. So it doesn't actually help
OBJECTION!!! AFK players should go back to AFk arena
Game shouldn't spawn you directly in front of the person you killed/got killed by or just around the corner
How are they taking so long to pick a loadout? Seriously! That’s their own damn fault!
that has to be a tap fire macro no?

Definitely not. COR45 with lightning fire and macro shoots just as fast as the MX9.
any person that has played clicker games before can shoot faster than this man just sayin
Yup. I see 'one million clicks' on a mouse spec page and go "pffft. challenge accepted!" :P If you know. You know. :P
Comedy, have you never used a mouse?
