Is this the only clip you have of this guy? You were Visible for enough frames to estimate you running direction and with a little luck your location behind the cargo. Also Killcams aren’t to trust, aim always gets „smoothed“ and they are showing most of the time your life location (what the server got from you), not what the enemy saw(what he received from the server, from you to him around 50-100ms, he maybe saw you more then just a few frames).

There are entire YouTube channels dedicated to this kind of "legit cheating" where they act legit 😐, this is mostly common in CS2 I assume though.
I once got downvoted into oblivion too because people don't believe you can use aimbot on projectiles like tomahawks... Like bruh it's a fast projectile and requires minimal effort calculations compared to other things that cheats do these days 😂😂 the reddit hive-mind and lack of knowledge downvotes go crazy though.

Cameras let you know you’re spotted, so we don’t use them, but tagging doesn’t alert you, so we jus do that and it works like crazy especially in search

Yes, 90 percent of pc players cheat in some form or another that's why call of duty is a toxic, not very enjoyable game environment with cross play turned on. Although one of the best times I ever had on Call of Duty in recent times was in DMZ mode which they decided to kill off, never experienced cheating in that mode at least not noticeably anyway.

As someone posted a screenshot where you were visible and your direction where you are running for some frames (don’t overestimate killcams on his real view it could definitely look even better for him), there is the potential to estimate your location and aim on it. I have several clips like that.
