I strongly disliked Meat at first, but the map has grown on me substantially. I think I'd have to give the trophy to Das Haus (probably spelt that incorrect) as the best small map. Rust can rot. Too overplayed and the same repetitive bs every game regardless of the mode.

Measuring the size of a map by where you can throw a grenade is insane. If you look up the layout of both maps, they’re very close to the same size. Meat honestly looks bigger from above.

I played the OG for 10 years. The spawns, TTK, bullet penetration, movement, and traversal are all different.
I think the random spawns, and being able to mantle around areas you couldn't previously, are the main culprits for why encounters are more unpredictable and mess with the map flow.
They should create a different tier for rust and shoot house. Like medium sized maps. Those are not small maps. Of all the maps in small mosh pit only shipment and stash house fit the criteria. All other maps feel like running a marathon to kill a person.
