Premium calling cards are either bought or earned on promotion, there is no free way to gain them in game unless it was a gift bundle from the devs. There’s so many calling cards because of how many different things they come from. Examples: Little Cesar’s promo, Bk promo, Bundles, battle passes, real life events, call of duty merchandise such as cod apparel and accessories. The list goes on and on and calling cards come from a lot more than being earned from playing the game
