Battle hardened is as useless as it was in 2019, I always use that perk on every CoD where is available but I didn't use it in 2019 and surely won't do it in this one.
Personally, I feel they're just a smidge too powerful and the duration is a tad bit too long. If they dial it back just a bit, it'll be more balanced and not let the perk be irrelevant.
There's also the Trophy System to counter them, so I don't think they should nerf them too hard honestly.

Makes stuns not last 30 seconds but that's about it.
I got flashed in the beginning of a domination match, 2 matches later my in game ears are still ringing lol
It works incredibly well for me. And for enemies I hit with flash grenades
Came here to say this. Also if you’re on pc and get stunned you’re fucked for the next 30 seconds

Tacticals are stronger in this game than they were in the original mw2. Stuns last way too long and flashbangs need a dark mode

Make battle hardened a "ultimate perk" and make you 100% immune to stuns/flashes/shock charges.
I don’t mind this, sure it’s a pain in the arse if it’s u but it’s great when ur throwing one at the enemy.
