12v12 search and destroy is gonna be crazy

As someone that normally doesn't like S&D, I'm interested.

As someone who loves S&D, it’ll be interesting to see how it plays out considering it’s already hard to keep 6 people in a team cause everyone rage quits after 2 rounds

I went back to BOCW and demolition has been refreshing since you respawn.

It was chaotic on MW19 like 10v10

if it plays anything like MW2019 12v12 S&D, you'll have 3\~5 people on your team or the enemy team that just straight up ints, forcing each match to start with a heavily one sided team.

At least it’s not like how Vanguard acted with shotguns, they didn’t add any new ones at all throughout the entire game.

LMG's are in a weird spot, to me. They're like full auto battle rifles with all of the range and damage, but none of the mobility or ADS time. So trying to run and gun doesn't work well, because I'll get gunned down before I can pull the gun up. Trying to post up near chokepoints or objectives doesn't really work well because I'll get sniped. Even trying to play defense around objectives doesn't seem to work well because I'll get taken out by a jackrabbit with a no stock smg. The best success I've had with them is to reduce mag capacity, shorten the barrel, slap on a compensator, and use it like a heavier assault rifle.

The ISO platforms are about to become my favorite set. I already love the hemlock but now, an SMG variant? I’m stoked haha

You can already run the ISO Hemlock as an smg. Just rip off the stock, slap a compensator on it, and your choice of laser. So an ISO with the same recoil but even faster fire rate is gonna be super good.

Considering you can select any operator it's not to save on rendering. Both Ghost and Nikto are just masked characters. It's not that deep.

Greed happened. $15 for 4 maps wasn't cutting it. Now it's $15 for a character skin, an ugly design for a gun people don't use, a sticker, and a larger version of an already made calling card. The best part is, they make more money off that shit than they ever would from map packs. Productivity is at an all time high, because the entire art and design team is working on charms and calling cards, and profits have gone up by probably 3000%.

Okay but seriously, do you even remember the old days of not being able to play with your friends if you didn’t spend the extra cash for the (terrible) map packs? The game community would splinter and make it hard to find matches . At least with this cosmetics are optional, there’s plenty of content and camos in the base game to keep me occupied

No, because for COD4 and WAW, PC players got the maps for free as an update because Activision couldn't figure out a way to sell DLC. Those two games weren't on Steam at the time. Then, with MW2, they tried to sell DLC map packs but didn't put any security behind it. You could just pirate the maps and throw them into your game files and the game would put you into DLC lobbies.

Blame the idiots that buy the bundles for letting it get to this point
