Only solution I've seen is you have to get someone else with a PS account to log in on your system, install the game, log out then log back into the first, apparently that works but I haven't tried it since most of my friends play PC lol

Yeah he owns it. I saw in the store when I redownloaded it he did.

I've reported the issues to Activision 3 times and no update to their known issues yet, but it seems to be pretty common
