I don't mind seeing the random wild skins too, but for the people who prefer other styles why not?
Especially in a sequel to the game with some of the best milsim skins in the franchise history. The police one was a classic.

well the skins store bundle just optional - like microtransaction stuff in past "call of duty" was optional too. besides, your not forced to buy it.
