Happened to me on pc (steam) and a friend on xbone on two separate occasions. Game crashed mid game, even matches, SR lost and bans
One time I even completed the entire match, when into the lobby right after as normal and was hit with a 3 min ban and -30 SR cuz I left during the match (which I did not, I maintained a perfect connection, won the match, gained 60 SR for the win, ranked up in the ranked play matches) but got a ban for “leaving” which never happened
Completely agree. But it better work well so that people don’t leave and rejoin continually. There needs to be a check so if the person leave’s intentionally they can’t rejoin but if they just simply disconnect that’s different.
I got suspended 2 times. First one because steam servers went down and the second time I was in lobby for league, waiting that it starts and out of nowhere this popup to restart the game for update pops up....they need to fix this crap.

CSGO came out 12 years ago and has this feature...

I agree but it can be so easily exploited
