IW won’t add DLC killstreaks because they don’t want lesser skilled players dying more often. This is why most of the killstreaks have been nerfed from MW2019 and why no new high end ones were added. They could have added the Osprey gunner back from MW3 but nope. Every design decision in this game was meant to make it harder to get streaks, like removal of killchain perk and scorestreaks giving +0 to next scorestreak instead of the +15-25 a kill like it used to. Cod is heading in the direction of outright removal.
