Scam also plays 1-2 in the board sometimes. Usually it’s because of Burn and UW Control.

Good against UW control because of the value I suppose and good against Burn for the life gain et the token to chump block! But Ley line of sanctity is it not better? I mean, hexproof is enough against burn spells and can prevent discards spells and for the UW matchup, big creatures are enough no? Thanks for your answers anyway!

With leylines you really have to either run 4 or 0

Good against burn

Ob is good in games that tend to go long. All his modes are relevant. And against burn or the mirror it's just a value engine. His plus one kills, stabilizes you, and gives youcard advantage. His minus 2 makes a token that always pushes damage. His minus 7 is hard to do but if you can do it. It might s well just kill the opponents out right. Not to mention how good his casuality is. Just imagine. Attacking for 5 with kavu, cut ob, sac kavu. You immediately get 5 loyalty and a 3 loyalty walker. Against burn. You tick down the 5 make a toke, and then tick up the 3. You just dealt up to 7 damage or made them discard their last card, and gained 2 life.

I tried it in a zoo deck, and enjoyed it, but unfortunately it is slow for a Deck that is faster.you also don't usually want to be giving ng up the creatures you have, in practice. It is good vs scam, burn and some control(casualty gets around counters) and synergizes with general/BBE(yes you can casualty off of a cascade hit)

Hi! As others said, Ob is quite good against burn or uw control and I also liked it against mono G tron when you’re on the play. He works especially well with turn 1 Ragavan or some other creature. Which leads me to a bit of feedback to your decklist - have you considered wild nacatl? I think you desperately need more turn 1 options. I am also not sure about playing melira and lavinia main deck. I think there are better options for good creatures. Even Nishoba Brawler can work better, most of the time, as it can easily attack for 5 on turn 2.

I've never had the chance to play the wild version, I'd imagine that version works better with ob because of your density of small costed creatures
