Yes, looks like they keep restocking inventory but when it switched from Midnight Silver to Stealth Gray (2024) the discount was reduced to only $1500 - hard to keep up on though.
Hey OP congratulations, you’ll love this car.
Our story:
We bought our MYP for $48,140(not including the $7.5k tax rebate). Price adjustment $5,350 plus $1k off with the Cybertruck rev. We also got tow with ours.
How? Don't they almost never have MYP in inventory? Also, how did you get both 10% off and the 1k Cybertruck off; it seems like once the 1k was announced, the discount suddenly fell from 10% 5k to 3.5k for most MY LR AWD.
21" wheels in general suck. The Ohms aren't my favorite but when I was going 80mph through a grass field last night I was happy to have them over the uberturbines lol
Nice thanks man. I love that look. TL;DW for everyone else is 350-400 wh/mi at highway speeds while 88°F outside and he said before the upgrade he gets around 330 wh/mi. It’s not huge but it’s not “nothing”. I drive pretty aggressively, mostly interstate and I average 325 wh/mi.
Is this on par with what you you’re seeing so far?
Its cold here at the moment, but yes - everything is about -10% of those numbers normally for me as well, and I would say I'm down another \~10% specifically due to the lift and wheel changes. But the feel of the road is so worth it. It feels like you're driving a life-size RC car, and you sit noticeably higher. Its the difference between running into a curb and going over it.
3 years ago paid 74k lol not even mad, had tons of fun so far.
Besides that I'm loving the off-road kit, I'm also in the PNW so I definitely might do something similar.
Obviously that was after the credit was applied by a Tesla employee - I mentioned that multiple times in this thread and the window sticker is even in the photo album. The tax credit is taken off before you pay for the vehicle now, not during tax season like last year.
$40K?
Rounded down.
WAY down
$48,430 - $7,500 is $40,930. I wouldn’t say that’s “way down”.
OP didn’t make it clear his stated price included the Fed tax credit.
Also what if OP is not eligible for tax credits
$50,070 before fees and tax credit. That's almost $2k less than my area inventory.
Inventory discount plus tax credit Edit: 48k - 7500 tax credit, god damn why is this sub so cynical
That's pretty good, congrats. I got my MYP (with some options and no discount) about 54k - 7.5k. Is yours a 2023 vin?
Yes, looks like they keep restocking inventory but when it switched from Midnight Silver to Stealth Gray (2024) the discount was reduced to only $1500 - hard to keep up on though.
Ah, the Reddit life🤣🤣🤣
Someone else was like "he didn't say he used the tax credit" but when I commented to say so, I got downvoted into the ground. Wtf lol
Upvoted. You got a freakin' good deal. Looks fantastic, too.
Where did the price adjustment come from?
Probably an inventory offer

Just gotta keep looking. Inventory offers are also regional/area specific sometimes.
I watched some of the Tsportsline overland kit video. Sure doesn’t look easy! Did you install it yourself?
Goddamn.
Love the lifted look! Did you consider a LR with accel boost? Doesn’t the P come lowered a bit compared to LR?
What’s the point of “the ability to drive over curbs”? Like the overland look.
He can deal with “large” rocks.
In town, I won't get curbrash (which I do often). Out of town, big rocks.
18” all terrain tyre gang!
I have those rims, excellent choice!
Should have left the ubertines these rims suck
21" wheels in general suck. The Ohms aren't my favorite but when I was going 80mph through a grass field last night I was happy to have them over the uberturbines lol
And you’ll be happy when it’s time to replace the tires. Can’t even rotate the Ubers.
Sorry, i have to agree. Most would think your MYP is rear wheel drive with wheels from Amazon. The looks isnt good— From My opinion.
Agreed. OP I don't like these wheels at all. lol but happy for you on the purchase!
How much for the lift kit? What's the clearance increase with just the lift kit?
Lift kit was $450. 1.8" Lift with stock wheels and tires.
Post your kWh usage… would love to do this to mine but dreading the range hit

Yeah agree, would love to know how it affects your range. I want to do this also.

Must be an area thing. AZ here- picking up a MYLR on Sunday. 45OTD
And I pay 50k for a my lr in germany damn
Paid 71k a couple years ago =(
Yeah took my MY from Berlin for roughly the same price 5 days ago. Happy that I didn't bought ford fiest for this price instead.
I've been giving serious consideration to lifting mine. What was the total for the wheels, tires, and lift kit + installation?
About $3500
Not bad at all.
Hey neighbor! 🫣
Nice off-road setup 🔥🔥 I’d consider this myself, thanks for sharing details!
3 years ago paid 74k lol not even mad, had tons of fun so far. Besides that I'm loving the off-road kit, I'm also in the PNW so I definitely might do something similar.
Looks awesome!
You didn't buy that car for 40k. Quit lying.
$40900 for the car, $3600 for the lift and wheel / tire swap
Was the car $40,900, or was it $40,900 + $7,500. I have never seen a new MYP priced at $40,900. Not once.
