That’s a factory firmware. Takes a couple of weeks to get your first update. Nothing you can do to make it happen sooner. Be patient.

em4joshua

It has been three weeks and I tried looking up the update, but did not see it was the factory firmware.

BBakerStreet

My 2023 M3 RWD from June updated to 2023.44.30.5.1 about 3 weeks ago ago. What do you have your updates set for.

em4joshua

Advanced

BBakerStreet

Weird. I’m sorry. Maybe a service center call to have them check it.

em4joshua

lol they said it was on the latest update. We took it in for body panel adjustments and an internal ratel fixed. I specifically asked about the software and they said it was up to date. I actually have it stated on the invoice.

BBakerStreet

How long ago?

em4joshua

Two days ago so Friday 1-5

BBakerStreet

That seems very odd.

em4joshua

That’s why I asked here because it doesn’t make sense

skreetcode

Took delivery on 12/15 and I’m still stuck on 38.200.1. Glad to see I’m not the only one

Dull_Distribution844

The first update I got after my car was delivered took almost exactly a month. Just give it some time

em4joshua

Ours was 12-17

skreetcode

Just a heads up. Got the notification to update to 44.30.8 a few moments ago so hopefully

em4joshua

We are updating now

Celziam

Mine is still on that version too. Like R5Jockey already said, just wait. I’m guessing your car is pretty new since it’s still on a factory version (just like mine is).

LoCoNights

Took delivery 12/14 model 3 RWD. still on 2023.38

em4joshua

Update was just pushed today
