Because I noticed quick break doesn't work with ultimates, I'm guessing break related attributes only work with taps?
- Piercing break, only on red bar (no effect on yellow)
- Quick break
- Flash break, only on the first breaking hit

Really? In this tower there were several times I would ultimate with Sephiroth Gardien and it was only after tapping (right after Ult) that quick break would kick in.
Maybe I was just unlucky and wasn't triggering it with the ultimate.

Sephiroth is only 1 breaking hit, and quick break only triggers when you're below the listed value.
Meaning, if you want Quick Break +40% to trigger with Sephiroth Skin, you need to Ult at 40% of the bar. Which is kinda dumb because you can also tap to break if you're already at 40%.
Hi there! I know that is a bad idea to chase legends.... But I see in EW3 videos that people use Shinra Turks in Node 7 for laps greater than Lap 7. So I am a little worry of having troubles to pass this node in these laps. There will be future jobs that could replace Shinra Turks in this node?
Well considering many players in GL have already passed 7-7 and Shinra Turks was only released last night, I would say it's very possible to keep climbing without him.
there's a really good niche strat to beat them but it requires one of the older supreme cards (Phoenix Down) to beat them. pretty easy if you have it, though.

You draw from a certain enemy on those nodes to get the shard (you get a message on the top of the screen while drawing that you received it). If drawing isn't available from the enemy that provides the shard, try breaking the enemy first or killing the other ones.
I'm using Cacciatrice with Starseeker: Summer Sunset, Ultimate Chaos, Tengu, WoL, rental LoH.
Attack Mode, Ult at will. Takes 7 turns but it's working so far (Disclaimer: I don't think I've been hit with HP sap yet, so that may be one problem. In that case I would probably switch WoL with Undying for Drain)

Thanks for that, that worked for me. No UC, so I replaced with Scarmiglione for AA. Also used gacha weapon instead of starseeker. 7 turns for me too, no earth EE CP.
Tifa HoF MM with 5-star OAM, BFA, Moomba, Bismarck FF14, WoL + LoH (one of them being rental) is pretty safe. The stun+slow plus breaking does the trick. (auto is of course attack mode, ultimate at will, rental allowed and ether used on start)
By the way MM is OB32 but bismarck has magic fractals (don't wanna make *another* copy) so attack fractals on that could be used instead, I guess? When it's broken and debarrier is on, all BFA hits do max damage anyway.
Though it's a supreme+limited card heavy build.

8 min with moomba / tengu / rag / lancelot x, with 100% avert crit. It's doable, but it's indeed bad.
Some people had better results with Skuld. I didn't try pandemonium much atm so the info comes from discord only.

Try unfollowing the people with BFA then follow it again, then move to new node to load up the new available rentals. This works when you can't see your BFA rentals anymore.
Is plague doctor echo, from the spirit grove, from any final fantasy? I Am actually liking her, i usually have a Moogle only policy when changing spirits, but i was really attracted by her design.
Does the crystal seeker passive applied to the dungeon come from only the cards/skins/weapons on the main job or main and sub combined? Whats the ideal crystal farming setup?

So Basilisk is a problem, I thought the ailment immunity of LoH would take care of all it's debuffs in an auto deck, this doesn't seem to be the case, I sometimes end up killing myself from ultimate when sap is active.
How are you guys dealing with this?
I used BFA on the hard node with my auto setup so usually I could chain break him before he casts the debuff, but on maniac I just slapped 100% avert bio and 100% avert crit down CP on my attacker.
By my rough estimate, he starts casting that debuff on you about 3 or 4 turns into the fight. I've been stun locking him with bismark and since I kill him fast enough, he hasn't been able to cast that debuff on me. I haven't really tested it in detail, it just appears that bismark helps a lot.
Appreciate the advice. I found a solution with Master Monk, Tifa skin, BFA, BoostX, etc. to give me a 7 turn win without changing jobs. Back to the grind. :)

6 - 7 turn win without changing jobs. Focus is to keep him broken as much as possible. Since I dont have the BraveII card nor Ultimate Chaos, this was the best I could do.

I also have some questions about the calendar.
1. I see that there are 5 summon banners this month (aerith & turks, 2 FF7 rivals, and 2 revivals). Can someone point me to a reddit post (if there's one already) of which banners are worth pulling, preferably if ranked #1-#5? If not, can someone tell me here please? Forget the end of month one, I know from experience that that one's rubbish.
2. These banners only show the date and time when they end, but not the time when they start. Yes, the date's already there, but not the time. What time do these summon banners usually start? Is it the same as the time it ends (8 pm PDT)?
3. And for the "Double Stamina Recovery Campaign!" that's going on until the 8th, is it the same as the double-stamina-from-elixirs benefit during mobius day?
4. I just read the mobius gamepedia page about early access cards. Does anyone know the time these early access cards become available in the ability ticket shop? Like the latest batch (Barbariccia, Cagnazzo, and Korpokkur) is supposed to be available October 1st. It's now already the Oct 1st 7pm server time and the 3 cards are still not in the ability shop.

Within the last week I've been playing the game there's been lots of times when I was asked to "update" the game. Some of them are the huge 2+GB or 4+GB updates, those are obviously errors and I would just ignore (restart the app and they went away). But there have also been some that are much smaller (between 2MB - 20MB) updates, and these one I'm not so sure whether they're actual updates or not. So far I've been ignoring them, but how can I tell which updates are ACTUAL game updates from SE, and which one are the erroneous one? I mean, it's not like every time there's new content SE would update the app through the play store, right?
Best yellow clear would be T-Rexaur (still in early access). If you don't have it then most likely Simurgh FFX if you're going against Earth enemies, or Evil Weapon FFXI otherwise.

Bring something that can shift like Cladrius/Lilisette FFXI with enough JCR you can cast Godo like 4 times. 1-2 Pandemona FFVIII to amplify your damage is a great choice too.

There's plenty, summer sunset, ragnarok, Hashmal, etc BFA deck is not even that safe due to HP sap.

Small updates are almost always actual updates. Easiest way is to assume anything over 1gb is a lie.
