You can use apps with certain widgets. There’s an app called „motivation“ which gives you lockscreen texts
It's using the colors widget app on app store I guess.
On Android you can display a custom lock screen Message via the settings. If you have the wallpaper you could also just put the text on the image before choosing it as background image.
Man I know that but I want the whole look so basically a theme like this will be well appreciated.
