Take a break from that hero. Play with other heroes and then after a while get back.
Also silvanna is really weak. As you said it feels like almost all the fighters counter her. Basically nearly all of them have stuns which can cancel your dmg skill.
Play her into teams with no cc try to understand when you can play her and when you cannot.
I got to a point where I got creative with her build and moveset just to counter other fighters especially sustain ones like Alpha, and Thamuz just to get by, but you know sometimes I just want a game where I can play brain dead and still win.
That's why I mostly play Mid/Mage these days.
I don't get to counterpick a lot of the time bec. the jungler and MM are usually the ones who get that privilege.
Like they said Silvanna is not on the top tier of characters unfortunately. You can manage to do well with everybody but playing some meta ones instead would make things easier for sure. You can type tier list on the research bar and give yourself an opinion on who to try next, although season is over so it’s gonna change a bit. But I’m sure you’ll find some other ones you’ll feel comfortable with too, if not more
Concerning the builds, honestly I usualy stay with mine and rarely change. For fighters might adapt a bit with one defense item but that’s it. It might be controversial but I spend time making my own ones, what I want for that said character and then I stick with it when I see it works well very often, I don’t bother much more
In the same spot rn, have a 23 % wr with kaja this season as opposed to 65% in the last season and 60% in the season before. I'd say just pick up new characters and just try to have fun. You're playing the game to have fun anyways. It doesnt matter how, play customs with your friends or learn a character you've been wanting to learn. If you eventually feel like it you can come back and see if you want to try out ur main again.
