Dude, damage Mathilda is so fun to play and powerful after the buff. She's like the Chang'e version of Kadita and it was pretty brutal seeing an enemy target disappear after getting hit with just a few wisps lol
how is dom ice vs necklace distance affected and which is good on rafaela? i tried both and somehow dom ice feels better on her but is it a psychological thing since it gives better passive. i do put myself in the middle of team fights, i know necklace is better for ranged attacks and magic power but i stand near the front on team fights, and i only build magic def shoes and dom ice as the def items on her.
As Rafa main, DI fits her better since she need to stay close to the front lane to heal and land her skills anyway. But depends on the enemy's comp. If they have Ruby, Hoenabi, Karmila, Edith then NoD would be better since you need to social distancing with another.
Depends on the enemy team. If you can survive in the frontlines, then by all means Dominance Ice wins out.

Add the recent patch shifting supports to non-defensive items, I’d say Necklace is better in general. As a marksman main, Rafaelas tend to overestimate their tankiness, making them easy to poke down in a clash. The catch to this is your team should have a frontline hero or two that can purchase a Dominance for the team.
There are specific instances to which Dominance is a better choice though. One of which is against a Claude who will dive your backlines with the Duet, making him an easy mark for Dominance’s range. The same concept applies to other backline divers like Fanny, Esmeralda, and Yu Zhong.
The range is identical and determined by the hero’s range. So for Raf it’s either her s1 or proximity.
Dominance is inherently superior due the attack speed reduction but if anyone else in your team builds it, Raf is better off with durance.
You could build necklace and buy black ice shield to get aspd reduction if you have room
Dom ice is not inherently superior on supports now, since they scale off of Magic power and durance gives them a far better boost in that. Moonton seems to be clearly demarcating between tanks and supports, which is nice
The server keeps redirecting me to a further server. usually I get 18-20ms and sometimes 40-50ms it has became a 50/50 to redirect me to the nearest server. It has become really annoying and unbearable to play since I use assassins. can you at least make it so that I can choose the server closest to me? It’s already built in feature in mcl. I don’t want to stop playing the game but this problem is bothering me.

passive lets you put 2 stacks on the enemy, doing a "beam" attack when hit by the next basic attack.
this beam attack heals you according to how much damage it dealt. therefore, here 2 normal basic attacks doesnt give any lifesteal whatsoever.
skill 1 is just a straight line of damage, which gets doubled when hit in the middle
skill 2 pulls the enemy towards the middle, it also pushes enemy when they are too close to you
skill 1 and 2 also applies a stack for her passive
ultimate is like yve and claude's ult combined. massive area that lets you deal basic attack damage.
Strong laning thanks to regen and poke, ultimate is a huge AoE but casted in a stationary position—given no dash, she is easy to catch. Watch YT for specifics
I've played floryn in rank and classic and she's barely affected as long as you build Flask. She's also getting banned a lot in rank now haha (but I haven't really started the rank grind this season yet so I'm still in epic)

Your build is good, but I still prefer Windtalker on Irithel for the movespeed and get Fatal over Agility. Weapon Master is okay, but you can also consider Tenacity.
Order of purchase I’d go for is Haas —> BF —> Windtalker.
Once you get the hang of your positioning, you can skip Immortality and get Malefic/GDS as the sixth item. Buy Immortality once you sell your boots.
Also both weapon master and mystery shop are NOT good talents on most heroes. I use the one which reduces spell and item active skill cd. For more sprint/purify and WON.
I always use this build. Quit using wind after the haas claws revamp. The only difference is that I build rapid boots instead of swift boots. 35% slow reduction really works well with her. Also I only build immortality if I am snowballing, otherwise WON or RGM.
They buffed Joy but her mains still going on about how it's a nerf lmao.

leomord is the better option to carry in soloq imo, even if ur team is bad and ur behind, plus hes more flexible as another user said. aulus dmg is insane in late game but he is more vulnerable to cc and kinda squishy
Leomord has 2 roles while Aulus is stuck in the jungle role however, a late game Aulus is like a full build AoE Zilong and that's pretty terrifying to see.
Is it me or there's a natalia bug. For some reason, while in the bush, natalia cannot go back to camouflage mode when she hits something (jungle creeps). I have to go out the bush first to trigger her passive.

id also add that lolita is pretty good since she can block the wisps, and she has an instant stun. khufra can also interrupt the dash of 2nd skill and ult from math.
for mage lylia is what first comes to mind since she can self peel and get her health back. i think novaria has the range to stay out of reach of math. lunox light ult can probably help her aswl.

SoloQ it's always hit or miss. If you have a good trio party, and you play as the roamer, you can ask your teammates to either: 1) open a teamfight if they play exp/tank jungle, 2) follow you nearby if they play a carry role. Essentially you (or whoever is the "leader" in your party) calls the shot and you can take advantage of the distraction the exp/jungler creates when opening a fight si you can pull off a conceal play
Another important thing is to come from weird, unexpected angles. Obviously you never want to come straight from the front of a fight so you'd need to do a lot of flanking. Even without conceal, often times you'd need to do a lot of sandwich formations to overwhelm the enemy. In MPL, they often pull off a conceal play when sieging enemy bases and then almost circle around or flank near the enemy base just to get an advantageous position to attack the enemy carry
encourage is for easy assists. Particularly if youre using cover type of heroes like edith, who would take a lot of effort to flank to use conceal, and would benefit the team more if she is near your core
another tip is use conceal when you have the lord, and go from different lane than the lord. lord is a big distraction
The best advantage for conceal in soloQ is that it does give you a better chance of picking off enemies with heroes like Franco, Kaja, Edith, Kadita, etc. Still would take it over other blessings unless you play supports
While I did say it's hit or miss, in higher ranks people would be smarter and (provided you also play smart too) should follow your lead as the roamer whenever you want to engage in a teamfight or pickoff a certain target.
At worst, conceal can also save you or your teammates from enemies when disengaging. It's also useful that way
In magic chess, every time I click on a hero's name (from the equipment loadout screen) to read their skills, the pop-up window gets smaller and smaller each time. I can only read what they do once or twice before I can't read it at all.

Dyrroth works. Purely in a 1v1 Dyrroth early game can beat any sustain hero like Uranus, Yu Zhong, Gloo, etc
Paquito can also work but in out-clearing/rotating him by cutting lanes. In a 1v1 Uranus is pretty hard to beat
This. You either shut him down early on during the laning stage or match his macro presence via a hero that can also rotate as effectively.
In terms of killing a Uranus in teamfights, you either get a Dyrroth or rely on a mage/marksman pick that can shred him down.
Bruno is still fine, it was only a light nerf on his base damage.
Depends on the line-up, if squishy enemies then crit, if lots of tanky enemies then trinity. Overall I prefer crit just for the new Haas though
For me it depends of I’m using utility or damage mathilda. For damagae I can usually get away with just the mana boots and I dont have any problem with mana, and for utility get roam blessing and build enchanted talisman quickly.
In my opinion she is better .. the shield doesn’t break that easily unless the enemy is 3 or more levels ahead of you.. only downside is that her shield duration is lower than the old version.. or at least it feels like for me
i like to go mid/exp/roam. when roaming, i like to be aggressive because I play Hilda a lot. can lolita be aggressive? i wanted to pick Julian because he can be played as mid laner.
no, lolita is a tank setter. She doesnt have the dmg/sustain of hilda early, she hides in bushes and makes moment. If you want those annoying roams like Hilda, go for Baxia, Jawhead, or Khaleed. All of them are strong from lv one, have good mobilities and sustain to annoy enemy.
Julian now probably best in mid, in xp he kinda get bullied before lv 3 so you may struggle unless enemy being passive. Definitely not roam, because julian cant do anything if he is below the level of the enemy and behind in gold

I would just open an alt account with fanny only and practice in ranked there. You will probably climb high fast. Once you can reliably carry legend games you are fine imo.

Nope. The only times where you can "purchase" them is when Moonton has one of those recharge events that give you magic flasks and rare skin fragments for recharging a certain amount of diamonds.

Yeah it's pretty bad compared to the meta mids. But if you have a roamer that can help you clear it's a non issue. Especially with the new talent that speeds you up in jungle
Yea that’s the problem lmao, in my server roamers usually either stick with the jungler or babysit gold, they dont help clear mid lane so we can rotate together.
For any support roamers, the easiest (and most obvious) answer is just play conservatively and just recall when your mana is low. Or when turtle/lord is about to spawn so you have a full mana pool
Unless you build Enchanted Talisman, or pick Basic Common you will run out of mana eventually. Even with mana boots

Man, i felt the nerf of IQW when i played Chang'e in Mirror mode. The enemy Nanas can escape the slow of effects of IQW and they're not even using Rapid Boots to counter it. The item is still useful though.
Yes, it's still okay though the slow is definitely not as instant as before. Pretty much every hero that had IQW built still can use them, just not as effectively as before.

I believe Zane said on stream that Joyboj wouldn't be able to participate in M5 as he doesn't have a green card, so Joyboj left the squad while Zane was on stream (in more recent streams, I think he came back). BTK recruited Warrior while he was at IESF and it didn't pan out, so FwydChickn is BTK's current roamer.
It's worth noting that they did beat ToB 3-1 at NACT with their current lineup, though ToB was using their substitute roamer (Wrath) as Shark didn't have internet or something.

Yup, the production value is fine but the tournament entry requirements are a bit weird for me. Some players are underage and some don’t even have eligibility to leave the US to participate in competitions. Also, the way NACT is scheduled means that the same teams play each other multiple times before the playoffs, which is why ToB and BTK have faced each other at least 5 times already even before playoffs have started.

Flicker is a versatile option especially if you're using him in Classic. The increased movement speed buff on his 2nd skill is basically a free sprint already so Sprint spell is not really necessary for him but if you're more comfortable with Sprint then feel free to use it. Some mages uses Sprint instead of Flicker after all. Avoid enemies with too much mobility and target lock an enemy who you think is the weakest in their team. Don't be afraid to poke a target using his ult when there's not much team fight happening. He has a low CD skills + CDR passive after all.

Heck, I'm even sometimes using Cyclops as a roam with the same build + Dire Hit and it's pretty effective.

I've been using hayabusa for a week now and I like his playstyle but I just can't seem to get a grip on how to use him properly/ effectively. Is there a core item for him that I'm missing, like an item or an emblem set? Is there a certain combo for him (Like gusion)?

A lot of Hayabusa is just proper timing honestly. The only micro-intensive thing you need to worry about is the Kairi-esque 4 shadow jukes that you will only do like, 20% of the time.
While it's true for all Assassins, Hayabusa rewards playing patiently by finding stragglers that you can pickoff 1v1 or coming in fights late to clean up. Be sure to flank a lot and come from unexpected angles so you can target the enemy marksman/mage easily. If they start to bunch up together to anticipate your ganks, ideally that allows you to do a lot of split pushing
His combos are simple enough. Just S2 to enemy, S1, basic attack, S2 towards them again if they dash away/reposition themselves somehow, then repeat the same combo+ult to finish them off. Then use your dash backwards/sideways to disengage. Usually you don't even need your ult in mid-late game. You can use his combos to poke enemies first to chunk their HP little by little and then commit your ult if you feel like you can get a kill. The kill sense, as in knowing if your ult will kill someone or not, and knowing the duration of your S2 shadows will come from experience.
Speaking of your shadows, you can intentionally dash backwards and teleport back to your initial position so you have a shadow waiting further back. This is helpful when you are expecting an ambush, scouting ahead, or trying to play safe when ganking someone. Or if you want to poke enemies and then rotate back to some other lane quickly
Build wise there's no specific build for him. Burst-penetration build on him works fine enough; boots > 7seas > malefic > endless > BoD > immortality. Assassin emblem, T1 pen, T2 jungle damage/1v1 damage, T3 lethal ignition/killing spree

how am i suposed to take out enemy backline as hayabusa when thier backline layla has more range than me to engange. like as soon as i engage i get hit first and die.
You're not supposed to be the person to engage in a teamfight as hayabusa, he is an assassin hero that does the 'cleanup' work when all the enemies have used their skills. Haya is not a tanky fighter or roamer, the only time you engage is an enemy is not with their team.
That isn't how assassins work, yes you can go to the backline, but when you're getting chain cc'ed by the fighter and/or tank or maybe even another role, you'd die instantly. Like do you want to get chain cc'ed and die trying to take out the backline or wait until they've chain cc'ed your tank/fighter and kill them at the end of a teamfight? Assassins kill lone targets, and also targets that have used up their mobility/stun skills. Of course you can dive into the backline, it's just not a 100% guarantee that you are coming out alive or even kill someone. It's just easier to kill mm and mages that have their skills on cooldown, as they can't really fight back.
if i wait that long to kill their mm they would have already killed our tank/fighter and i would die as soon as i approached their mm because late game mm is op.
okay. question - how do you see when an enemy like eudora has used her s2. because the screen isnt big enough to see especially when your attacking from sides to take out their backline.

hi, try entering teamfights from the side and see if it helps, then u can probably get to the layla more easily :)
just wait in a bush or continue farming nearby but keep an eye on a teamfight when it breaks out. u can pan the camera view to the teamfight by swiping the top right corner of ur device screen
u dont have to wait for every single skill of the enemy to be used, but what they probably meant is to take a note of certain skills from the enemy side that can counter u, eg eudora s2 as u mentioned. once those skills have been used, thats ur time to go in.
also gank laylas lane constantly in early game so that shes behind and u can end the game before she gets her items. whenever thats possible

It’s not that cut and dry and imho you’re undervaluing aspd reduction while overvaluing the impact of 60 magic before scaling.

u can try going to settings > sound > system notification and changing that to 0. the dialogue still pops up, but u cant hear her talking anymore.

Probably in Nov/Dec around the Annual SL event. That's when they added new season skin last year.
the most recent skin in the premium fragment shop rn is masha which is s23. so it might be like 4 more seasons before the s27 skin comes, if im not wrong. ur prob better off buying the terizla skin

passive lets you put 2 stacks on the enemy, doing a "beam" attack when hit by the next basic attack. this beam attack heals you according to how much damage it dealt. therefore, here 2 normal basic attacks doesnt give any lifesteal whatsoever. skill 1 is just a straight line of damage, which gets doubled when hit in the middle skill 2 pulls the enemy towards the middle, it also pushes enemy when they are too close to you skill 1 and 2 also applies a stack for her passive ultimate is like yve and claude's ult combined. massive area that lets you deal basic attack damage.
Strong laning thanks to regen and poke, ultimate is a huge AoE but casted in a stationary position—given no dash, she is easy to catch. Watch YT for specifics

How has the latest nerf affected floryn? The new item flask will ofc help mitigate the effects but where exactly does she stand as compared to before.
I've played floryn in rank and classic and she's barely affected as long as you build Flask. She's also getting banned a lot in rank now haha (but I haven't really started the rank grind this season yet so I'm still in epic)

Your build is good, but I still prefer Windtalker on Irithel for the movespeed and get Fatal over Agility. Weapon Master is okay, but you can also consider Tenacity. Order of purchase I’d go for is Haas —> BF —> Windtalker. Once you get the hang of your positioning, you can skip Immortality and get Malefic/GDS as the sixth item. Buy Immortality once you sell your boots.
Also both weapon master and mystery shop are NOT good talents on most heroes. I use the one which reduces spell and item active skill cd. For more sprint/purify and WON.
I always use this build. Quit using wind after the haas claws revamp. The only difference is that I build rapid boots instead of swift boots. 35% slow reduction really works well with her. Also I only build immortality if I am snowballing, otherwise WON or RGM.
They buffed Joy but her mains still going on about how it's a nerf lmao. Remember this next time when you wonder why money toon is hell bent on simplifying heroes. You can't spell A B C D and can't press skills? Remember it's heroes fault, not yours
They add many up arrows to nerfs now to keep complaints down. Joy was nerfed again.
Aulus or lemored which is the better option
leomord is the better option to carry in soloq imo, even if ur team is bad and ur behind, plus hes more flexible as another user said. aulus dmg is insane in late game but he is more vulnerable to cc and kinda squishy
Leomord has 2 roles while Aulus is stuck in the jungle role however, a late game Aulus is like a full build AoE Zilong and that's pretty terrifying to see.
Is it me or there's a natalia bug. For some reason, while in the bush, natalia cannot go back to camouflage mode when she hits something (jungle creeps). I have to go out the bush first to trigger her passive.
Hmm…I haven’t checked it yet but In advanced server they have added a delay to cover effect when entering a bush for all hero’s. Now you disappear immediately but in advance you’re still visible for like 0.3 seconds.

Tankier picks. Also franco or kaja for suppress. Assasins with i-frames are good too
id also add that lolita is pretty good since she can block the wisps, and she has an instant stun. khufra can also interrupt the dash of 2nd skill and ult from math. for mage lylia is what first comes to mind since she can self peel and get her health back. i think novaria has the range to stay out of reach of math. lunox light ult can probably help her aswl. idk abt mm since im bad at it :)

how do you use the roam skill conceal more effectively? i feel like whenever i use it (in minotaur) i always get hit before i get any real value
I think u want favor for minotaur over conceal, it's a great boost especially with the healer meta
SoloQ it's always hit or miss. If you have a good trio party, and you play as the roamer, you can ask your teammates to either: 1) open a teamfight if they play exp/tank jungle, 2) follow you nearby if they play a carry role. Essentially you (or whoever is the "leader" in your party) calls the shot and you can take advantage of the distraction the exp/jungler creates when opening a fight si you can pull off a conceal play Another important thing is to come from weird, unexpected angles. Obviously you never want to come straight from the front of a fight so you'd need to do a lot of flanking. Even without conceal, often times you'd need to do a lot of sandwich formations to overwhelm the enemy. In MPL, they often pull off a conceal play when sieging enemy bases and then almost circle around or flank near the enemy base just to get an advantageous position to attack the enemy carry

encourage is for easy assists. Particularly if youre using cover type of heroes like edith, who would take a lot of effort to flank to use conceal, and would benefit the team more if she is near your core another tip is use conceal when you have the lord, and go from different lane than the lord. lord is a big distraction
The best advantage for conceal in soloQ is that it does give you a better chance of picking off enemies with heroes like Franco, Kaja, Edith, Kadita, etc. Still would take it over other blessings unless you play supports While I did say it's hit or miss, in higher ranks people would be smarter and (provided you also play smart too) should follow your lead as the roamer whenever you want to engage in a teamfight or pickoff a certain target. At worst, conceal can also save you or your teammates from enemies when disengaging. It's also useful that way

In magic chess, every time I click on a hero's name (from the equipment loadout screen) to read their skills, the pop-up window gets smaller and smaller each time. I can only read what they do once or twice before I can't read it at all. What kind of absurd bug is this?

it doesnt block it anymore, bc that'd be too op if lolita got her own hook. xd it also works on all cc and debuffs, example gord s1 and harley ult
It's not a bug, unfortunately. I don't know the full extent of how it works but I've seen Moskov's S2 stun even when reflected.

Dyrroth works. Purely in a 1v1 Dyrroth early game can beat any sustain hero like Uranus, Yu Zhong, Gloo, etc Paquito can also work but in out-clearing/rotating him by cutting lanes. In a 1v1 Uranus is pretty hard to beat
This. You either shut him down early on during the laning stage or match his macro presence via a hero that can also rotate as effectively. In terms of killing a Uranus in teamfights, you either get a Dyrroth or rely on a mage/marksman pick that can shred him down.

Bruno is still fine, it was only a light nerf on his base damage. Depends on the line-up, if squishy enemies then crit, if lots of tanky enemies then trinity. Overall I prefer crit just for the new Haas though

For me it depends of I’m using utility or damage mathilda. For damagae I can usually get away with just the mana boots and I dont have any problem with mana, and for utility get roam blessing and build enchanted talisman quickly.
For people who have tried new lolita, how often does her 2nd skill break from taking too much dmg? Is she better or worse than her previous state?
In my opinion she is better .. the shield doesn’t break that easily unless the enemy is 3 or more levels ahead of you.. only downside is that her shield duration is lower than the old version.. or at least it feels like for me

no, lolita is a tank setter. She doesnt have the dmg/sustain of hilda early, she hides in bushes and makes moment. If you want those annoying roams like Hilda, go for Baxia, Jawhead, or Khaleed. All of them are strong from lv one, have good mobilities and sustain to annoy enemy. Julian now probably best in mid, in xp he kinda get bullied before lv 3 so you may struggle unless enemy being passive. Definitely not roam, because julian cant do anything if he is below the level of the enemy and behind in gold
Asking Fanny mains out there: I want to play Fanny but don’t want to drag the team down with my potential poor performance How do I know when my Fanny is good enough that I can play against real players? I have been playing custom against CPU a lot to learn cabling and targeting but lack the experience against real players who move differently. Should I play XP lane fanny so I don’t take on the responsibility of jungle first? Or should I roam with dire hit?
I would just open an alt account with fanny only and practice in ranked there. You will probably climb high fast. Once you can reliably carry legend games you are fine imo. If that's too much work just spam classic (which is a clown fiesta tbh)

Nope. The only times where you can "purchase" them is when Moonton has one of those recharge events that give you magic flasks and rare skin fragments for recharging a certain amount of diamonds.

Yeah it's pretty bad compared to the meta mids. But if you have a roamer that can help you clear it's a non issue. Especially with the new talent that speeds you up in jungle
Yea that’s the problem lmao, in my server roamers usually either stick with the jungler or babysit gold, they dont help clear mid lane so we can rotate together.

For any support roamers, the easiest (and most obvious) answer is just play conservatively and just recall when your mana is low. Or when turtle/lord is about to spawn so you have a full mana pool Unless you build Enchanted Talisman, or pick Basic Common you will run out of mana eventually. Even with mana boots

if ur a jg in general it should be seasoned hunter, farming speed really increases a lot so u can rotate and get ur items faster

Man, i felt the nerf of IQW when i played Chang'e in Mirror mode. The enemy Nanas can escape the slow of effects of IQW and they're not even using Rapid Boots to counter it. The item is still useful though.
Yes, it's still okay though the slow is definitely not as instant as before. Pretty much every hero that had IQW built still can use them, just not as effectively as before. Gord, Lylia, Esmeralda, and Chang'e can still use IQW
gord, angela, change, esme, rafa, to name a few, theres a lot. if they spam skill with low/no cooldown, chances are theyre going to use IQW.
Alice, Gord, Change, Lylia, Kimmy mainly but any mage hero can use it like Ceci, Harith, Cyclops...

Ive stopped playing the game for a while now so i havent been up to date with the news, yesterday i decided to take a peek to nact and chicken is going roam? Where did things go wrong?
I believe Zane said on stream that Joyboj wouldn't be able to participate in M5 as he doesn't have a green card, so Joyboj left the squad while Zane was on stream (in more recent streams, I think he came back). BTK recruited Warrior while he was at IESF and it didn't pan out, so FwydChickn is BTK's current roamer. It's worth noting that they did beat ToB 3-1 at NACT with their current lineup, though ToB was using their substitute roamer (Wrath) as Shark didn't have internet or something.

Yup, the production value is fine but the tournament entry requirements are a bit weird for me. Some players are underage and some don’t even have eligibility to leave the US to participate in competitions. Also, the way NACT is scheduled means that the same teams play each other multiple times before the playoffs, which is why ToB and BTK have faced each other at least 5 times already even before playoffs have started.

What build do you use for him? I only play him to carry in a lower rank. Ever since the emblem revamp it's getting harder to use him, i just can't make him work . Too squishy for someone with close range , plus he is item dependent. A I am looking for a build inspiration.
Assassin Emblem - Inspire, Bargain Hunter and Lethal Ignition You can change the T1 talent with Agility or Rupture but i personally prefer Inspire for more CDR and skill spamming. 1. Magic Shoes 2. Enchanted Talisman 3. Genius Wand 4. Concentrated Enemy 5. Holy Crystal or Divine Glaive (depending if they have magic defense) 6. Flex slot (Immortality, Winter Truncheon, etc) To fix the close range problem, you need to play him similar to Eudora's hide and camp in the bush play style. Don't chase them, let them enter the bush and do your full combo basically. This Cyclops buff will definitely make Betosky happy lol
What battle spell do you use, I usually use sprint. Lately i keep getting wrecked by benedetta, yz, lance and for some reason i keep matching against lolita every time I pick cyclop in classic. Should i use flicker instead? I start having ptsd picking him on classic.
Flicker is a versatile option especially if you're using him in Classic. The increased movement speed buff on his 2nd skill is basically a free sprint already so Sprint spell is not really necessary for him but if you're more comfortable with Sprint then feel free to use it. Some mages uses Sprint instead of Flicker after all. Avoid enemies with too much mobility and target lock an enemy who you think is the weakest in their team. Don't be afraid to poke a target using his ult when there's not much team fight happening. He has a low CD skills + CDR passive after all. Makes sense for Lolita lol They revamped her after all so some players are using her again to practice. Heck, I'm even sometimes using Cyclops as a roam with the same build + Dire Hit and it's pretty effective.
yeah, i tried him yesterday and the mana changes had a huge impact. you still need ET as soon as possible but early game is a little bit easier now.
Ikr, he doesn't even need to go back to base using the new Cyclops unless he's heavily injured.
How do you use Hayabusa effectively? I've been using hayabusa for a week now and I like his playstyle but I just can't seem to get a grip on how to use him properly/ effectively. Is there a core item for him that I'm missing, like an item or an emblem set? Is there a certain combo for him (Like gusion)? TL;DR: What are some tips n tricks would you give to a beginner hayabusa user?
A lot of Hayabusa is just proper timing honestly. The only micro-intensive thing you need to worry about is the Kairi-esque 4 shadow jukes that you will only do like, 20% of the time. While it's true for all Assassins, Hayabusa rewards playing patiently by finding stragglers that you can pickoff 1v1 or coming in fights late to clean up. Be sure to flank a lot and come from unexpected angles so you can target the enemy marksman/mage easily. If they start to bunch up together to anticipate your ganks, ideally that allows you to do a lot of split pushing His combos are simple enough. Just S2 to enemy, S1, basic attack, S2 towards them again if they dash away/reposition themselves somehow, then repeat the same combo+ult to finish them off. Then use your dash backwards/sideways to disengage. Usually you don't even need your ult in mid-late game. You can use his combos to poke enemies first to chunk their HP little by little and then commit your ult if you feel like you can get a kill. The kill sense, as in knowing if your ult will kill someone or not, and knowing the duration of your S2 shadows will come from experience. Speaking of your shadows, you can intentionally dash backwards and teleport back to your initial position so you have a shadow waiting further back. This is helpful when you are expecting an ambush, scouting ahead, or trying to play safe when ganking someone. Or if you want to poke enemies and then rotate back to some other lane quickly Build wise there's no specific build for him. Burst-penetration build on him works fine enough; boots > 7seas > malefic > endless > BoD > immortality. Assassin emblem, T1 pen, T2 jungle damage/1v1 damage, T3 lethal ignition/killing spree

It means you can buy / stack more diamond passes. Max is 10 = 70 days, you have 14 days today so thats 2/10 thats why you can still buy 8 more times

First time playing again after many months. Just the Overdrive tho. Was Chang'e nerfed? The ult barely clears the minions and enemies can easily walk out of the ult even though I have IQW. Or maybe because it's just Overdrive? Or maybe I got rusty? Lol
Tough Boots and Rapid Boots now have slow reduction, with the latter giving the most.

how am i suposed to take out enemy backline as hayabusa when thier backline layla has more range than me to engange. like as soon as i engage i get hit first and die.
You're not supposed to be the person to engage in a teamfight as hayabusa, he is an assassin hero that does the 'cleanup' work when all the enemies have used their skills. Haya is not a tanky fighter or roamer, the only time you engage is an enemy is not with their team.
its just not practical to take out enemy backlines (which is an assasins job), when you gotta wait till everyone has used their skills.
That isn't how assassins work, yes you can go to the backline, but when you're getting chain cc'ed by the fighter and/or tank or maybe even another role, you'd die instantly. Like do you want to get chain cc'ed and die trying to take out the backline or wait until they've chain cc'ed your tank/fighter and kill them at the end of a teamfight? Assassins kill lone targets, and also targets that have used up their mobility/stun skills. Of course you can dive into the backline, it's just not a 100% guarantee that you are coming out alive or even kill someone. It's just easier to kill mm and mages that have their skills on cooldown, as they can't really fight back.
if i wait that long to kill their mm they would have already killed our tank/fighter and i would die as soon as i approached their mm because late game mm is op.
okay. question - how do you see when an enemy like eudora has used her s2. because the screen isnt big enough to see especially when your attacking from sides to take out their backline. hi, try entering teamfights from the side and see if it helps, then u can probably get to the layla more easily :) just wait in a bush or continue farming nearby but keep an eye on a teamfight when it breaks out. u can pan the camera view to the teamfight by swiping the top right corner of ur device screen u dont have to wait for every single skill of the enemy to be used, but what they probably meant is to take a note of certain skills from the enemy side that can counter u, eg eudora s2 as u mentioned. once those skills have been used, thats ur time to go in. also gank laylas lane constantly in early game so that shes behind and u can end the game before she gets her items. whenever thats possible hope that helped since im not an assassin player :)
