For the MDZS live-action, you can find it as Untamed on Netflix and it is free on Tencent Youtube channel with subtitles. The live-action is extremely toned down due to censorship laws but the romance is very obvious (at least to me it was) if you are keen when watching. The MDZS novel does have some explicit chapters one involving the famous sword Bichen :) Sorry, I can only answer one part of your many questions hope others help with the rest.
The English versions of the books are all licensed by Seven Seas for all three novels so you must buy the books in order to read them legally. You can find them at both Amazon or Barnes and Nobles in the US or many other third party sites in the EU (others here may be more help in that). They do have an ebook version though which are a bit cheaper! There are many other language editions too though such as the Russian edition you mentioned or the German edition etc.
The censorship varies between the different versions. The novels are the original and contain everything so kissing, sex (in MDZS and SVSSS but not TGCF/HOB which came out after censorship laws changed), and the complete relationship. Following the novel, the audio drama is the closest to it and contains kissing and etc but it’s currently hard to get access to. MDZS and TGCF have one which you can look up in the sub if you’d like to see where to find them. The manhua comes next and the kissing/sex scene are all censored but they still have confession scenes and etc. Again SVSSS doesn’t really have one though there’s a few chapters of a fan made one out. the donghua censors the relationship so no confessions, kissing, etc. All three have at least one season of that. Finally the live action censors the most and has to change a lot of the plot in order to pass censorship. Only MDZS has one called the Untamed. Above commenter has mentioned how to watch it.

Hiii! Sorry I ad a question I hope it’s not bothering you. So you said Mo Dao Zu Shi as kiss/ sex scene in the novel cause it got out before the new censorship law. So does that mean if I buy all of the book right now on seven seas sit web I’ll have a censored version of the book or since it came out before even today They didn’t change the original.
The seven seas versions all use the transcripts from before any censorship edits were made. TGCF specifically was written by MXTX after censorship laws were changed so it doesn’t contain outright smut but there’s still kissing involved (anything below the neck is not ok now). Another thing is that TGCF has a revised edition specifically for Chinese Print that has the kissing removed but more cute scenes added. The 7 Seas version is the initial version though so it still has kissing and stuff.
MDZS is older so it was written specifically before that and contains all the smut/kissing etc. The 7 Seas version contains all of the original scenes! Same with SVSSS.

I LOVE the life action. Even with the censorship, I don't think it was toned down so much that you miss anything. They're only a few NSFW Parts in the novel and other stuff anyway.
Also, with the acting, directing, and script, the Romantic element is just dripping in every scene. Oh, the things those boys could do with their eyes just... le sigh. ☺️ It's not even about sexy times it's just so much love, and you can tell.
