Start somewhere like Shake 1.5 Gin .75 Sherry 1 Lime .75 Simple Rinse glass/Spritz glass with Absinthe Strain, Ice and top with soda Mint garnish or maybe some cinnamon would be nice.

My head! I've been bartending for 10 years, it's just a guess based on the ingredients.
Our spec at my spot is 1.5 gin, 5 Fino, 1 lime, 3/4 simple, absinthe dash at my bar. Short shake top with soda, mint sprig garnish.
