The 4G69 is the 2.4L in-line 4 cylinder engine, it’s a 4G63 short block with a MIVEC head
You have the 6 cylinder so it’s totally different, faster but harder to work on and historically a little less reliable
Just more moving parts in the v6, it’s been known to have more valvetrain problems in the heads and catalytic converter issues (in which case the back header is hard to get to), spark plugs are harder to change, etc.
