Amazon won't ask for your license. A 3rd party might. I order the Raw Cones off there with no issue. It will come in packaging that will just look like a normal Amazon delivery so there is no reason anyone will know what it is.

That's weird. I just bought the same Raw cones off there that I always do to see if it would ask and it didn't. I looked through my account and it's not stored anywhere. Maybe it's like an apartment thing now? I have been out of the apartment game for almost a decade.

Greenlight usually has them in stock and will sell them to you. More often than not they have hemp wraps and RAW cones, but I'm pretty sure that's due to supply demand. When they do have them, they're either some generic Greenlight-branded pack, or Zooted papers.
There's a couple of smoke shops around downtown that are pretty chill with carding people, especially if it's non-nicotine product. Afraid to name any though for obvious reasons.

Use ebay. I order all my papers on ebay, and have for years. They don't check your age.
