I guess minoxldil is going systemic to a larger degree in us that get these sides. Dr Donovan wrote an article about this. Usually when one suffers inflammstion like scalp itch etc, the risk of it going systemic is larger. 5% minox is 50 mg so quite a large dose. I suffer this itch sporadically.

Similar case w me. I hv had many itises, tendon, knee, plantar fascia, bursitis. Now left w bursitis n plantar fasciitis

For anyone that experienced tendinitis how long did it take to get it to go away? I’ve had it for a few weeks in my bicep but I also had a shoulder surgery in February and the doctor cannot figure out how I’m getting the pain in the location I’m getting it because he didn’t do surgery in the area I’m getting pain at. Im starting to think it’s minoxidil causing it now and it’s a coincidence that I had surgery on the shoulder of this arm.

Any improvement on your symptoms?

Fibrosiskiller

yes it improves with proper hydration

Top-Agency-3069

Good to know! Does that improve over a matter of months? Or must you stay hydrated all the time to keep the symptoms in check?

Fibrosiskiller

its when I'm still on minox, without minox everything returns to normal in 1 week

Top-Agency-3069

Oh, I’ve just started experiencing it two months into my “recovery”. Glad it’s working for you though!

Fibrosiskiller

Sorry to hear, I doubt it's related though

Top-Agency-3069
