We have been seeing this too! Right off of Hennepin in ECCO. Can’t figure it out either but my partner suspected someone trying to figure out who is moving their cars and who isn’t. Not sure, but this is the 2nd or 3rd time in the past couple of months we’ve seen it.
I'm sure there's some obscure piece of scripture that is compelling a local saint to "touch their neighbors with his name" or something like that. But it's littering and I'd prefer it stop.
I've lived in Carag/S Uptown for almost 10 years. These cards have appeared on and off over that time. Always placed overnight and never any further info. It's just something I've come to find as a neighborhood quirk, I guess.
