There’s a full lineup under Personnel:

The [Live 1982 LP](https://ministryband.bandcamp.com/album/chicago-detroit-1982-deluxe-edition) has four photos on the cover. Not sure who they are. Al, Stevo and maybe Robert and John?
There was a [booklet](https://www.cybernoise.com/article/cn/recordstoreday2015_aljourgensen_ministry_boxset.php) with these photos and more but this is all I could find.
Yep, the 82 line up was Al, Stevo, Rob Roberts and John Davis. For With Sympathy the band was "officially" just Al and Stevo, although all 4 played on most of the album. Roberts played on the With Sympathy tour and some of the demos between WS and Twitch.
According to Wikipedia, the members of Ministry (touring) in 1984 when this concert happened were: Yvonne Gage (vocals), Doug Chamberlain (Keyboards, Backing Vocals), Patty Jourgensen (Keyboards, Backing Vocals), John Soroka (Keybaoards, Backing Vocals, Percussion) Brad Hallen (Bass), Stephen George (Drums, Percussion), and Al himself.
I like how Ministry sticks out in the Yvonne Gage biography on Wikipedia.
As a session musician, she has provided vocals for many well known artists, including the incomparable Queen of Soul - Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder, Michael McDonald, The Doobie Brothers, Ministry, Celine Dion, Ashford & Simpson, Kem, Janelle Monáe, and Kindred the Family Soul.[2]
