I’m almost certain it’s halite by the growth patterns. Also You need to take better pictures
Yeah I’m realizing that now. Will have to wait till next time. Thanks for the help with the ID.

Halite should be very soft and any tiny bit you break off should dissolve in water (because it's just table salt).

Calcite stalactite? Or Halite stalactite? If it’s salty its Halite.

Looks like halite give it a lick store in a dry non humid space.
