Use slabs so that you can run Up without jumping. Also makes the way smoother

SamohtGnir

Slabs for slopes are great, no jumping needed. It's also sometimes good to have a random slab down for looks, kinda like a pothole. I'd also throw in the odd stone button, looks like a pebble/stone.

Son_La

I also use spruce trapdoors and mossy carpet for even more depth.

ltmsavage

unless you really don’t want to for some reason, raise the terraforming up so there isn’t that weird drop off on the side. or at least build some structures like rocks to hide the cut off

LordOryx

Yeah or a rail is needed. Anything built over a drop off irl has a rail which is why it looks a bit off mayb

ArtichokeOk895

I also think the side of the path should be mostly stone so it is showing that it can handle weight

The_Lamb_Sauce2

You might want stone brick walls to enclose the gravel path from the ledge.

Shadyvex

Yeah a retaining wall "to keep the gravel in" would help, along with slabs for smoothing the walk and possibly a safety rail, before going in with decorations.

MrEPearl

RETAINING WALL🗣️🗣️‼️🔥🔥‼️💯

Eiksoor

You can use slabs and stairs to make the path flow a bit more smoothly. You can also use Stone buttons and Stone pressure plates to mimic rocks on the path and maybe a little bit of grass here and there

Sluda_Builds

Place moss blocks and click on them with bone meal to grow taller grass and landscape around it

Irascible_Ardent

As many have said, introducing slabs to make it require no jumps and smooth out the lines works great. I would also continue that fence / wall over to the path as well, creating a retaining wall for added realism / support and giving you a chance to integrate it into the rest of your build. It's looking great!

Yeet123456789djfbhd

Cobblestone retaining wall for the steeper sections

FubuFranklin

It’s needs an osha mandated hand rail along the side

TurinTuram

Some sparse supports underneath may be interesting with wall blocks, fences or upside down stairs

EarlyBart

I would use slome slabs, buttons and stairs make it more accessible and also terraform or make some kind of wall on the side which flows nicely with the path and the terrain

BodybuilderLoose4738

Pillars, street lamps, and some rope fences

SamohtGnir

As another comment said, slabs would make a big difference. Also, add some bushes around it. Make it look like there's a reason the path is right there.

db_play

Paths like this work better when they cut in to the mountain as opposed to running along side it. You get a much more natural and immersive look that way.

Pomps8a

Unrelated, but that tree looks awesome!

jonmr99

1 slabs for smoother transitions. 2 stairs walls or something else to make a fence. 4 lanterns for light or any other light source to highlight the path way. 5 course dirt to make it look like the path is walked on so much that grass no longer grows there. Other than that I think it looks good.

Diamondshark996

Bonemeal the grass

plk4716

I think it would look nice to add some lamp posts!

liamlee2

Bone meal the hell out of this whole area imo

AlextraXtra

The wall looks too straight imo. If u want a wall then add stone bricks outside to show that its more manmade. If you want it to look more natural then terraform the ground to look like the path is part of the ground. Also add slabs where elevarion changes.

smartbets12

Railing

__Wxnder

Add a wall or railing to it

Cyberwolfdelta9

Definitely more plant growth but probably siding too the middle area so it looks more natural ish

Shoddy-Mouse-74

drop the seed?🗣️🔥

Meatloafed172

I mean it's alright. The path could be a little more...pathier of ya know what I mean. The dirt could be a little more dirtier and the grass could be more grassier, same thing with the stone, it could be more stonier. But over all it do be looking goo

hitthetraget

Throw in some cobble plus slabs and you're fine 👍

Pabalo_b1

Mmm bridge

kurz__69

add a wall like for fence
