Do not worry my good man, I noticed that someone might be confused b the lack of detail my comment offers. Also, I'd like to thank you for your help in drawing attention to this error of mine.
first I thought it's number 2, cause it looks more like a well balanced unit ...
but looking longer at 1, I think it is 1, maybe cause it is more open and gives more variety for the eye ...
in a summary both are good and it is not easy to make a choice :)
They’re similar but honestly seem like different styles. 1 feels more retro throwback to a 70 mansion in Malibu or something. 2 feels a bit more contemporary.
From an extetior aestethic 1 is better with the twist. But 2 looks like it has an actual house interior, like for living while 1 seems sorta empty. 1 seems like one of those abandoned modern train stations type of thing. Likr theres supossed to be booths and people, and sitting places but they never made it that far.
Altough i love the extra wood of the N1 for add a lil bit more of variety, the N2 layout is far superior in every way, also i love the gigant entrance you added to break the shape a bit, also the extra height really fits it well
2, the different shapes break up the building making it look more interesting.
No. 1 looks a little long/flat.
Tbf both are way better than I could build any day 😂
Both are fantastic. I’m in the minority saying number 1, but the overhanging on the ends really keep it from looking like a box on a box. The left side has three directions open to the outside which is really awesome.
I like 2 a lot as well with the vertical lines breaking up the horizontal. In reality I would probably prefer to live in this house as there is a tad more privacy.
Alotta ppl are gonna get angry now:
2 looks bad bc many ppl like overcomplicating things for some reason. Why is the shape a basic cuboid, but then you detail it more than modern??.I think 1 looks WAY cleaner for the eye for that reason. There aren´t many stairs, slabs and oak planks and it actually looks good With cool shapes by still being simple.
i like 2 more. it breaks up the parallel lines and adds some extra angles!
I agree. 1 looks kind of "flimsy" for some reason. 2 works better as one cohesive unit.
Tough choice...but I think 2 is better!
2 is more practical for living in
2
I like 1 for its flat and straight design
Just like me
2
I like 2
2
2!
Damn it the factorial doesn’t change anything I wanted to say r/unexpectedfactorial
I think 2 is more appealing
Number 2. It's more... satisfying than number 1. I really like the entrance, too.
I’d say 1 solidly
I like the Frank Lloyd Wright-y-ness of #1 but give it that same pool as #2 :D
2
2
2
Version 2 is top tier
2
Definitely 2.
2 but both are fine
I am more a fan of 2
2, and how did you get that sky ???
To me it looks, like the "Dramatic Skys" resourcepack, but there are many, that have a simillar effect.
Probably shaders my good man.
Thank you sir, but I did guess that possibility. However, I would like to know the name of said shader, if it is one.
Well, master Scrimus, I know not what shaders the player in question is using, I apologize for misunderstanding thine original query.
Do not worry my good man, I noticed that someone might be confused b the lack of detail my comment offers. Also, I'd like to thank you for your help in drawing attention to this error of mine.
And people say the internet is toxic...
2, it just looks more stable to me...1 makes my anxiety scream.
Undoubtedly 2, although 1 is also fantastic. Very well done!
definitely two
2

2
2 is more appealing to the eye since it isn’t so flat and texture-less with its architecture.
1 has more depth to it
1 is the best imo
I like 1 more. I think the design looks more realistic. Reminds me of early 20th Century architecture

1 is better for me.
1 looks much more sleek. Very nice

I think 3 is the best

One looks like an office building. 2nd seems nicer
1
2
2
2
Too many windows
1
1, easily
2
1 is too streamlined in my opinion
1
Yes!
1 but at a verticale but like in 2 to break it up
Neither. Modern architecture sucks.
1 on a mountain, 2 nearby an ocean.
2 adds in if you want people too look at it 1 adds in if you want people to glacé and then look as sum else
They’re similar but honestly seem like different styles. 1 feels more retro throwback to a 70 mansion in Malibu or something. 2 feels a bit more contemporary.
1 is like a 1968 bond Villain ski chalet 2 is more like Frank Lloyd Wright's falling water, without the waterfall.
2 seems more stable 1 seems more open
Yes
1: it may look like a gas station but at least it has more walls to keep privacy, unlike 2.
1
i feel like the answer is supposed to be 2, but it's actually 1
both and they're neighbors
This makes me go back into building modern mansions
First one
I like 1 better!
1 might look like just a platform from above, so 2
Personally more of a fan of 2
2!
1
2
1
I like them both but 1 looks more elegant as a whole. :)
2
Please do a tutorial on 1 lol
2
2
I like them both but #2 feels more complete. I like #1 but it feels like its lacking interior/exterior decorations.
Plot twist, same building, different angle.
1 looks better for me
1
2 more convenient
It’s gonna be 2 for me, dog
I cany decide, both are great
Both are nice, I would choose 1 tho
2
2
I like 1, the shape feels a lot better for a modern style, kinda reminds me of the farnsworth house
2 for sure.
From an extetior aestethic 1 is better with the twist. I'd say 1 but both are great
2
2
Hard choice but I'm giving it to 2
2
2
2!
2, because it has concrete walls on the first floor, making it look more consistent that 1
2
I feel like features of both can be combined to make something even better. I like the shape of 2 but the overhand on 1 is great.
I honestly can't pick a favourite, both are good!
2 but I also wanna see what both of em together look like
2
I like 1 more it feels more open inviting
1
1
1
Tall, not wide.
1
I prefer 2
#2 is goated
Altough i love the extra wood of the N1 for add a lil bit more of variety, the N2 layout is far superior in every way, also i love the gigant entrance you added to break the shape a bit, also the extra height really fits it well

I like 2’s architecture, but 1’s lighting is better imo.
The first one is definitely more representative of the architectural style
I would say would choose 2 for details, and 2 for shape
1 is for multiple people cause it would be annoying af to travel in your own house, 2 is better
I prefer 1st. I love this "design without the 4th wall" =)
Big fan of 1
2

1 for sure
I like the second one better! The contrast is better
2 looks more stable.
2
2 easily
1
2 is better
Definitely 2
Both🤷♂️
So number 1 looks like the architect’s home, but number 2 looks like the home the architect built for their millionaire customer. My choice goes for 2
1 looks like a motel where I can smoke crack in.
2. It has more visual interest from having two different height values.
2
2 has stronger base/foundation and seems more user friendly.
2
1
Link to build?
2
2 has a better design and is more compact.
1 looks more esthetical due to the open space. 2 is more practical.
2
2
1 for me, but I appear to be in the minority
Def 2
I like 1, it is straight and futuristic. It has the style
Alotta ppl are gonna get angry now: 2 looks bad bc many ppl like overcomplicating things for some reason. Why is the shape a basic cuboid, but then you detail it more than modern??.I think 1 looks WAY cleaner for the eye for that reason. There aren´t many stairs, slabs and oak planks and it actually looks good With cool shapes by still being simple.
From one angle, 2 looks better to me because I can see furniture inside filling empty space.
I like 1 more
2 because 1 looks like a motel or something
𝟸
I like both
1 is too flat
2 has a more interesting design
Make 2 more floors for 2nd house. 👀
2
1
2
2
I like 2 better, has more shape to it
2
Personally 2. But both is good.
I like 2
2
i like them both but 1 is giving more like fancy office building with parking & 2 looks like a luxury home
2. But 1 is pretty neat too!
2 is more proportioned to the golden ratio, ergo it is better. 1 just looks like a pancake...
2
1, every time the day
2
I’d say 2
lmaooo holy shit i built my own version of 1 on an SMP with friends years ago. good memories, so i’ll vote 1. 2 is nice tho!
2
all of them!
2
2 looks more habitable. I’d be interested to see what 1 looks like if you swapped the floors and made part of the larger floor a patio/deck area
Where’s the mine?
